I previously set up a freeze on my account on line. Now I can't unfreeze my account on line. A form appears asking me for my name and address, ssn, birthdate. I find this strange when I consider that I previously set up the freeze. Additionally, when I try to continue, I get the following warnings:*Previous city * is a required entry.*Previous state * is a required entry.*Previous ZIP Code * is a required entry.*There aren't even any fields for this info. Besides I've been living where I am currently for ** year.*Isn't there a simple method to access the freeze controls?
