Hyundai Finance mishandled my recent business with them and did not provide the automatic waiver of $*** when I returned one leased car and leased a new one. This led to their department mistakenly sending me a bill for the return of the first car which is supposed to be waived. Today, Hyundai Finance recognized their mistake and manually waived this $*** fee and will have a "Paid in Full" letter from them in a few days. I believe this situation negatively affected my credit score* therefore, I'm letting you know what happened so that hopefully my score can no longer be affected by this. Thank you.
