Hello, I purchased a car 4 months ago, and it was put on my credit. The car broke down 20 days ago and left me stranded on the road. The tow truck took it away. I can't keep paying for a broken car that I won't use anymore. I would like to replace it with a car I bought because I needed it to commute to work using my credit. Can you please make this change for me? I don't want to lose my credit. Please help me, I am not at fault for being sold a car in bad condition. I am a woman and don't know much about cars. Please assist.

I noticed a charge of $27.24 on my card ending in [redacted] on 12/27. I did not authorize this transaction, did not sign up for anything, and did not use my card for this purchase. I am requesting a refund and the removal of my information from this unauthorized charge immediately. It seems to be a fraudulent transaction as I did not make it and I want my money returned promptly. I have tried calling multiple times, but the automated system does not connect me to a real person, it just disconnects after a brief message. I have attempted to reach out five times, and I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].57 on my Bank of America credit card from Experian dated 12/23/19. I had only signed up for the free membership and did not authorize any paid subscription. When I tried to reach a representative at Experian, I could only connect with an automated message. I managed to cancel my free membership, but there was no clear option to dispute the $[redacted].57 charge. As a result, I contacted my credit card company and initiated a dispute for this charge. I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].57 on my credit card statement from Experian. I never signed up for a subscription with any charges; I only registered for the free membership. When I tried to contact customer service, the phone number only led to a recording with no option to inquire about the charge. Frustrated, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I insist on canceling the unwanted membership and having the charges refunded promptly.

National Gen Ins informed me that they received "Unfavorable" credit information from you mentioning that my credit card balance is often not paid in full, and the credit card amount due is frequently not paid. These claims are incorrect. As of December 30, [redacted], my credit score is [redacted], and my wife's is [redacted], both considered excellent. I invite anyone to provide evidence of us ever being late on a credit card payment or any other bill, as well as instances where we did not pay the full amount due.

I have tried calling all of your listed numbers, but half of them are not functional. Even after following the instructions in your recordings, I still faced difficulties. When I finally received a response, they made me wait for 2 hours without offering a callback option. The various services you offer lack basic assistance. It feels like you are trying to sell me a better credit score as a separate product, which seems unfair. I was even insulted during this process for not complying. I simply want fair treatment and had some reasonable questions regarding my credit report. Your system seems complicated and lacks customer service etiquette when it comes to financial matters. I'm having trouble applying for benefits in Michigan and facing identity verification issues with Experian on the MiBridges website. I am having trouble removing the freeze on my Experian file because I cannot find my PIN. I would like to know the method used to provide me with the PIN (phone call, email, letter) so I can locate it. If I cannot find the PIN, I would appreciate knowing what information is required to confirm my identity and remove the freeze. Additionally, I have concerns regarding the use of my maiden name, married name, and Social Security name, which is impacting my credit applications. I have attempted multiple times to unfreeze my credit in order for my bank to run a report for credit card approval. However, your website repeatedly states it is "unable to honor" my request without providing any explanation. I have double-checked my PIN and have the number on the receipt from Experian. In the past, I have successfully unfrozen my account without any issues. I have tried entering both my billing and street address, but to no avail. I am confused as to why I am being asked to mail additional documents and would appreciate clarification. I need to either verify my PIN or understand the process to do this independently since I have done it before without any problems. It seems unreasonable to withhold access to my data and not allow me to speak with a human representative. I kindly request the opportunity to determine the issue affecting my access.

I went to the local hospital's ER, and my insurance won't cover the bill. I've been making $5 monthly payments, but the hospital wants more or will send me to collections. I have been erroneously charged for a credit report since June [redacted] without my authorization. Despite my account showing a free membership, my debit card ending in [redacted] with an expiration date of 9/20 has been charged $21.19 each month. I am Patricia Boyer, born on 02/17/[redacted]. In a recent rejection letter, it was mentioned that we had too few accounts paid as agreed. However, we believe all our accounts have been paid off in full. We have a Citibank card that is seldom used, and a Capital One card that remains inactive. We are unsure which accounts this refers to. I checked my credit reports with all three bureaus, and there were no negative marks. Additionally, we have a Kroger card that has never been utilized. Could you please provide clarification on this matter after reviewing our accounts? Thank you.

I was supposed to receive a call back from an agent last week regarding my ability to drive the car with a license held for less than a year. Experian mentioned previously that as long as my license is valid, there shouldn't be an issue. However, the terms and conditions state that I need to have held my license for at least 1 year. I am still awaiting the call back, but if I don't hear anything today, I will have to cancel the car rental. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

I paid off a home equity loan to Charter One, NA for $[redacted],[redacted].00 from the sale of my property at [redacted] Battles Road, Gates Mills, Ohio [redacted] last spring. My credit score shows derogatory remarks, which is not accurate. I have evidence from the closing date of 3/28/[redacted] that proves the loan was settled. I am concerned as the loan amount is still active on my record and it shows a past due payment of $1,[redacted].00. Since November [redacted], my Experian account has been canceled, however, I am still being charged monthly fees. Each time I attempt to confirm the cancellation by calling or logging in, it correctly shows the account as canceled since November [redacted]. Despite my efforts to reach a customer service representative, I have been unsuccessful. I even tried contacting the corporate office without success. These unauthorized charges have caused my bank account to be overdrawn in December, January, and likely will happen again this month. I am frustrated and concerned as these charges are disrupting my finances. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but I urgently need to resolve this issue with Experian. I am desperate for help and desperately seeking a resolution to stop these unauthorized charges.

My account was canceled in November [redacted], but I continue to receive monthly charges for a personal Experian account. Despite confirming the cancellation by phone and logging in to verify, it still shows canceled since November [redacted]. I have tried contacting customer service for hours, even attempted reaching out to the corporate offices, but all my efforts were futile as I couldn't speak to a real person. I believe our FICO scores, already excellent at [redacted]+, should be higher. We have a specific purpose for each credit card - daily expenses on one, online purchases on another, all paid in full monthly to avoid any finance charges. This usage pattern has remained consistent for over 25 years. Although our monthly balances may seem repetitive, they are always paid off in full. I think our scores should be closer to [redacted]. I had a Mastercard Citi account, and when my grandson left for college, I provided him with a card for emergencies as he commuted from Oklahoma. Recently, I was shocked to receive 5 months of charges totaling over $5,[redacted] that he had made without me being aware. Citibank never sent statements for these charges, leaving me uninformed. I promptly paid the account in full upon discovering this oversight. I am worried this might have impacted my excellent credit score of over [redacted] due to a lack of communication from Citi.
