I want a temporary lift on my credit freeze. I provided all the information your system asks for but it says it can’t perform the credit freeze lift. I need to speak to someone who can handle this for me.

After ** minutes of struggling with the online and telephone systems I finally got a real person. I told him he needed to report to management that the phone system and online system were not working. I then got By email a survey form to complete. I went into great detail. The next day I tried the online system again and to my utter amazement it worked.
