I contacted Experian last month to report an issue to the dispute department. Despite not receiving any updates, my credit score remains 75 points lower due to an error or potential fraud. Ashley Home has confirmed that I do not have an account with them. However, my credit report still shows otherwise. I previously expressed dissatisfaction with the dispute department's service over the phone. The representative repeatedly asked for the same information, leading to an unnecessarily lengthy call. I recently had my self-pay reports checked by Boost in September. However, on November 29th, I received an email stating that my account would be removed from future reports in three months. I am confused why my self-pay accounts were not checked in October and November. Do I need to take any action each month, or was this an oversight on Boost's part in not checking my bank account for my self-pay accounts as promised?

I have submitted the required documentation to verify my identity but have not received a response. Could you please contact me urgently to facilitate a live verification process over the phone similar to what I have done with other credit agencies? I am in the process of purchasing a car, and Experian is the only agency causing a delay. I have sent recent bank statements, copies of my driver's license, current insurance cards, car loan details including the issuing bank, and my monthly mortgage payment information with the bank details. This was all sent via USPS Priority mail, and all documents are up to date. I was able to quickly lift the freeze with Equifax and TransUnion within 15 minutes, but I am encountering significant difficulties with Experian.

I tried to unfreeze my credit report online, but the program kept freezing multiple times. After several attempts, it prompted me to mail documents to Texas, which I cannot do due to time constraints. I urgently need a loan for medical reasons and require the freeze on my account to be lifted immediately and permanently. I need assistance with correcting the information on my credit report. It states that I have 5 credit cards (3 from Absa, an Edgars account, and a Foschini account). The Absa credit cards have been settled in the past year, and I have documentation to support this. Additionally, it shows that I have a Flexi Club account which was terminated in June, and I can provide proof for this if necessary. I have already corrected my salary information online. I need to correct some details on my ClearScore report. 1) The report shows I have 5 credit cards (3 from Absa, 1 from Edgars, and 1 from Foschini). All 3 Absa cards have been settled (I have Paid Up letters). 2) It states I have a Flexi Club account/contract, but I cancelled this in June (have a cancellation letter). 3) My salary was inaccurately listed, but I've fixed it online. I recently applied for credit with Spirit Airlines, but my application was rejected due to information provided by Experian. Despite having a credit score of [redacted], Experian listed factors such as serious delinquency, high balances, too few current accounts, and a high credit line usage percentage as reasons for the denial. I tried to access my credit report through the link provided in the denial letter, but I encountered technical difficulties. Subsequently, I checked my credit report on Freecreditreport.com, which is also operated by Experian, and found discrepancies with the information mentioned in the denial letter. My credit history spans 56 years, with only one late payment in the last 7 years. I am requesting access to my credit information and clarification on the specific accounts that are impacting these adverse claims.

I'm facing an issue with Experian. They are not linked to my bank or my current credit card, so they are not aware of my utility or telecommunications payments. As a result, my credit score has dropped despite no negative events taking place. To address this, I need Experian to connect to my bank and credit card for their Experian Boost feature. Also, I am requesting that my credit score be restored to its previous level before the drop occurred due to missing payment information for utilities and telecommunications.

I also received the Anthem, Inc. Data Breach letter. When I visited www.experianidworks.com/anthem and clicked on the Enroll Now button, I couldn't find it. Calling the Experian customer care number didn't help either. I spent 45 minutes listening to a recording with no customer care person available. I wish this process could be handled through mail. This situation has left me and three family members hanging. I hope for a solution that doesn't involve long phone calls or searching for nonexistent websites.

I verified my username but was unable to log in due to a password issue. I received an email prompting me to reset the password, but when I attempted to do so, the Experian website displayed a message saying, "Sorry, action could not be completed right now. Try again later." I have been unable to find any available support via phone or email, and the wait times for assistance are excessive. This should be a simple procedure, but Experian has made it incredibly difficult, except for those possibly attempting unauthorized access to customer accounts.

Yesterday, I was able to lift my credit freeze online successfully for one day. However, today when I tried to do it again, I couldn't log in. The system doesn't recognize the user ID that worked yesterday. When I requested my user ID, it said an email was sent to an unfamiliar email address not associated with my account previously. It seems like my account has been compromised. Unfortunately, trying to reach your company by phone has been unsuccessful. This issue needs urgent attention. Despite obtaining a free copy, there appears to be a significant issue with my ex-husband's credit card being erroneously linked to my report. Hello, I'm Clyde Burse. I'm facing a situation with my HELOC application at Figure.com. The issue is a mismatch in addresses on my credit report - my mailing address is [redacted] Anthony Place, Highland, IN, [redacted], while the county has my property address as [redacted] 43rd St due to my corner lot residence. I am having trouble temporarily lifting the credit freeze. I successfully lifted it two months ago, but now the Experian website is unable to verify my identity even though I have the correct PIN number. I attempted both online and over the phone without success. I am struggling to navigate the automated phone menu to speak with a representative. In the past, I lifted the freeze with ease, but I urgently need this issue resolved as I am in the process of purchasing a car.

My Godfather, John R., recently received a letter from Anthem, Inc. regarding the Data Breach. As John's Power of Attorney and account manager, I tried to enroll him using the Experian website mentioned but couldn't find an Activation Code. I completed a form and got a Credit score of [redacted] from TransUnion, yet I am unsure if this is accurate. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Dennis F. at [redacted]. I am seeking assistance with my loan application at the bank, submitted over two weeks ago. The bank is unable to process the loan due to issues retrieving my credit report from Experian. Despite checking multiple times, it appears there is no freeze on my credit. I have been struggling to speak with a customer representative to understand the cause of this problem. It is urgent that I resolve this matter promptly, as our home is at risk if the loan is not processed soon.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a Suite at the Adelphi Grande Hotel in Bangkok, located at 16 Sukhumvit Soi 41. I paid a total of $[redacted].32 for my stay from 22-27 Dec. However, I mistakenly wanted to book at the Adelphi Suites on 6 Sukhumvit Soi 8. I plan to check-in at the Adelphi Grande on 22 Dec but would like to transfer to Adelphi Suites on 23 Dec. I would need Expedia to refund me for the remaining nights at Adelphi Grande, so I can book a Studio Room at Adelphi Suites for 5 nights. Even though the Adelphi Grande is satisfactory, the location is not convenient for me.

I recently reset my password, but I am still being prompted to verify through text, security questions, and pin. Unfortunately, I can't remember my security question answers or pin, and my phone number has changed. I've tried calling for support, but only encounter automated prompts without the option to speak to a live person for assistance. I received a warning about suspicious activity on my account but have no means to address it.
