I have a credit claim from Eastern Account System for $11,[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, they do not provide additional details. Norwalk Radiology Consultants confirmed I have no outstanding balance, but cannot find any information on this claim. I am unable to reach Experian for help in resolving this issue.

My name is Theresa Lara. I have been trying to reach you regarding a credit issue since [redacted]. In [redacted], I resubmitted the report showing the items on my credit report that should not have been there. Despite this, the incorrect items remain on my report causing inaccuracies. This is affecting my ability to get a loan or make significant purchases. I have made attempts to resolve this, and if necessary, I will take legal action again. Please address this matter promptly. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Failure to rectify this will result in further legal steps being taken. Your prompt attention to this issue is appreciated.

Dear Customer Service, Approximately a week ago, a hospital bill appeared on my credit report as I was preparing for a closing. I promptly contacted Phoenix Financial and settled the bill after discovering it. I also reached out to Experian for assistance. Despite paying the bill in full and having it verified, I was only credited 12 points and penalized 66 points for it being in collections for two weeks. It seems illogical to lose more points than gained, especially within the same month after resolving the issue. Sincerely, Marquitta P. Last week, I unfroze my credit report with Experian for an apartment application. The lessor attempted to check it multiple times but was notified that my report was still frozen. Despite trying to extend the unfreeze, the same issue persisted. In an effort to permanently remove the freeze, I tried online and over the phone, only to be instructed to send personal information such as my date of birth, Social Security number, and address to them via mail. This process is unacceptable and the inability to speak with a live representative has been extremely frustrating.

Experian's automated system is in dire need of updating and accurate information. It fails to recognize the PIN issued for the security freeze, causing frustration. Other credit bureaus offer better service, with live representatives available seven days a week. What is wrong with Experian's system? The lack of responsiveness from Experian to such a significant issue is disappointing and likely to result in a generic, unhelpful email response. This situation is unacceptable and unreliable, leaving personal information vulnerable. As a citizen of the United States, it is disheartening to see such a lack of consideration for privacy rights.

I've been struggling to create an IRS online account for days. Each time I input a financial account number, it gets rejected for not being recognized. After checking my Experian accounts, I noticed that the numbers provided don't align with my actual account numbers, except for my Visa card. Once I am allowed to try again (currently blocked for 24 hours), I'll attempt with that. Despite some digits being blocked, the visible part for my MasterCard and auto loan does not match my account numbers. Even when I enter the last 8 digits of my MasterCard, it's deemed incorrect according to Experian's records - likely due to mismatched numbers. The account and policy numbers for my auto loan also deviate from what Experian has on file, hindering my ability to access my IRS account.

I am frustrated with the difficulty of reaching Experian. The automated system is repetitive and I can't get through to a real person. I am trying to dispute a credit card decline due to too many inquiries, specifically involving Viking. I have already contacted Comenity Bank and intend to reach out to Viking as well. My FICO score is [redacted] according to Discover, and all my bills are paid in full on time. I demand to speak with an agent to resolve this issue and have it removed from my record. I have raised a dispute with the Chase manager at Comenity. This situation has caused me great distress, especially since the Viking Card offer was presented by a Viking agent. It is concerning to me that such a decision could be made without considering the context. As a frequent Viking cruiser, I feel unfairly judged. Please, contact me at [redacted] so we can have a meaningful conversation and not be stuck in an unhelpful automated loop.

I used to have a landline as a backup, but Verizon ended support for copper lines, leaving me without phone service. When I asked for repairs, they wanted me to take a day off work for their technician to install new equipment. I refused. Even though I had no service, they claimed I owed money, which I planned to dispute. Without my knowledge, Verizon sent my account to collections. The situation was resolved when my wife paid $[redacted] on 7-3-18 instead of disputing. Can you please remove the reference from my credit report? It has been resolved for 7 months and has hurt my credit score.

I have been struggling with Sprint for months. Initially under contract until our leased phones were paid off, we had consistent reception problems and dropped calls. After multiple failed attempts to rectify the issues, they agreed we could terminate the contract without penalty by returning three phones in great condition and buying out the other two. Now, despite fulfilling these requirements, we are being harassed with calls and emails claiming we owe $[redacted]. I have tirelessly tried to resolve this over numerous calls, but each representative gives a different response. I fear they may inaccurately report this to credit bureaus, jeopardizing our spotless credit history. How should I address this situation?

I am requesting to add a consumer statement to my credit report in accordance with section [redacted](b) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The statement pertains to the Frost account charge off resulting from my ex-husband, Dorian S., allowing default during our divorce proceedings. Despite attempts to settle the loan during the divorce mediation, a portion from his 401k was received in December [redacted] after its value had decreased due to a stock drop. As per the QDRO, I had a 60-day deadline to close the account. I made payments to the best of my ability and am continuing to repay what I can. Kindly provide me with an updated credit report once this statement is included. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received an email from Experian stating that my credit score has dropped, despite seeing an increase with the other two credit bureaus. I attempted to contact Experian for an explanation but was informed that I needed to sign up for additional protection. Upon calling, I was advised that they did not observe any changes on my report but could not clarify the reason for the drop. I am seeking clarification from Experian regarding the cause of the decrease in my credit score.

Hello, I am having trouble applying for a new auto loan through USAA because Experian has verification issues. Despite having excellent credit and no current loans, I was denied. I need to resolve this issue to buy a new car as I currently lack transportation. I have already contacted USAA, and they advised me to reach out to you as there might be confusion with my father, who shares my name but whom I have not lived with for over 18 years. However, it's challenging to speak with a real person at Experian. Thank you, M. B.

I attempted to create an online account with Social Security, but they informed me that there is a freeze or fraud alert from one of the three credit bureaus. After contacting TransUnion, who verified that everything is clear on their end, it seems that either Experian or Equifax may be the source of the issue. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently disputed some addresses and phone numbers on my credit report. I received two credit reports from your company, and they both contained different information. The dispute report I received did not confirm that the information I requested to be removed from my credit report was actually deleted, unlike my other credit reports stating the information was deleted. I've been facing many issues related to incorrect phone numbers and online information about my identity. Some sites even listed me as [redacted] years old and then displayed a message saying I was blacklisted when I tried to report it. I am requesting written confirmation that the phone numbers [redacted] and a [redacted] number were deleted from my credit report, along with the addresses [redacted] Commonwealth Avenue Unit 2 Boston MA [redacted] and 65 E India Row Apr 39b Boston MA [redacted]. I would like these confirmations to be sent to me by mail with the word "Delete," similar to what other credit companies do. I am frustrated with this situation and would also like to know the source of this inaccurate information.

I have been trying to reach Search America Income Reporting, a division of Experian, to correct an error in reporting my income to Ochsner Medical Financial Department. They have reported my income as three times more than my actual income, which is affecting my healthcare choices. I have been receiving disability benefits since [redacted], specifically SSDI, and need this misinformation rectified promptly to ensure I can access the necessary healthcare following my recent transplant. Please correct this information with Ochsner immediately and provide me with a copy of the corrected details for verification purposes. Thank you.

I applied for a payday loan and was instructed to check my credit score for free in order to receive the loan. However, after completing the "free report," I was charged a dollar, which contradicted the notion of it being free. Last Thursday, I had $75 deposited into my account, but $22 was immediately deducted, leaving me short on much-needed funds. On Monday, May 27, I borrowed $30 from a friend to buy food for my empty refrigerator as I had run out on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, shortly after the $30 transaction, there was an unexpected $22 charge on my debit card from Experian for a service I did not request and cannot afford. I did not sign up for this service, which is why I was pursuing the free credit report in the first place.

I am experiencing two issues with my credit report that need to be addressed. 1. Several inquiries have been returned stating "unable to verify applicant's social security number." My social security number is [redacted]-52-[redacted]. Throughout the years, I have never had trouble obtaining reports or with other companies verifying my information. Although my full name is Victoria Diane Lane Blaha, I am commonly known as Diane Lane, Diane Lane Boley, or Diane Lane Blaha. I began using Victoria as my first name due to the government's requirement of an exact match with my birth certificate. 2. Only your company has reported that my husband Charles M. Blaha, with social security number [redacted]-02-[redacted], and I have had wages garnished, which has never occurred. This misinformation is impacting our home remortgage process. Please rectify these errors or reach out if further details are needed. I can be contacted at [redacted].

Hello, my husband and I need assistance with lifting the credit freeze on his credit report as we don't have the pin. When trying to complete the online form, I encountered an error with the second address. Despite trying various formats without abbreviations, symbols, or the apartment number, an "Invalid Address Format" alert persists, preventing form submission. Could someone help us with this issue so we can temporarily lift the freeze for June?

I have encountered two issues with my credit report. There have been multiple inquiries stating "unable to verify applicant's social security number," which is ***-**-****. I have never faced this problem before when requesting reports from your company or from other companies. Although my full name is Victoria Diane Lane Blaha, I am commonly known as Diane Lane, Diane Lane Boley, or Diane Lane Blaha. I recently started using Victoria as my first name due to governmental ID matching requirements. Only your company has falsely reported that my husband, Charles M. Blaha with SSN ***-**-****, and I have had wages garnished, which has never occurred. This misinformation is negatively impacting our efforts to refinance our home. Kindly rectify these errors or contact me for further information at ***-***-****.

I would like to cancel a credit card from Home Depot as I mistakenly signed up for it without realizing it was a credit card. Last week, I checked my credit score which showed "GOOD" and "EXCELLENT". However, I just received a letter from a bank denying me a car loan due to bad credit. I only have one credit card with Wells Fargo that I am not using but paying it down, as I primarily use my debit card. In the past, my credit score was [redacted] until I took over my late husband's credit card debt, paying off all except one which I am slowly paying each month. I am puzzled as to why my credit score has suddenly dropped when I had an [redacted] score all my life.
