I have tried to get a representative on the phone to discuss my membership account with no luck. I am forwarded back to the website that tells me to call*-***-***-****, *-***-***-****,*-***-*******, and *-***-***-****, neither of this lines would get me to a rep or allow me to cancel my membership. The phone line actually says I don't have a membership, when charges to my bank account states that I do. It should not be this difficult to speak to a rep. My membership * is ********* I received a email on Oct ** saying that my membership will be upgraded to **.** a month. I did not want a upgrade so I emailed back requesting that my membership stays the same. Two payments was drafted out of my account on **** for **.** one for my husband and the other for myself. I have been paying *.** a piece for my husband and I accounts since I signed up for credit monitoring with your company in ****. If it is not possible for my account to stay at *.** a piece I would like for my account to be cancelled immediately. I also signed into my account and received my free * credit report it said I would be charged $* yet I was charged **.** on today *****. If I do not hear back from anyone I will block my account from any charges from your company through my bank. I hope that this can be resolved without the extra hassle. Turiya McDonald
