After * months I was finally able to get my membership canceled as I had originally requested be done in July. Since your rep decided to override that decision and not cancel the membership I was charged additional fees. *On Oct *, **** upon cancellation I was told I would receive * refunds of $**.** each. Since then, one refund was issued to invalid banking information which has therefore resulted in an additional financial loss due entirely to your companies negligence. *I’ve made several attempted calls and sent emails into Experian for them to be ignored. *I’m left with no other options than to peruse legal action on this matter.*I can be contacted by phone (***)***-**** or email *****@***.com at anytime.
