This is my second attempt to contact you today. I was instructed to leave my phone number, which I did. I then received an email saying my waiting number for this contact was ****. The waiting time listed a the Experian website was ** minutes. It has been * & *** hours since then and I still haven't received a phone call. The issue I'm calling about is a discrepancy from Experian. When I temporarily unfroze my credit report there I received an email saying "Security Freeze Temporarily Removed. I also was given a PIN number: **********. But when I call Expierian today and identify myself in detail the automated phone system says my credit report is frozen. A credit card company that tried to check my credit with you tells me the same thing* i.e., my credit report is frozen.*Can you explain this discrepancy from Experian? Thank you. - Loring Dales
