Last week (*******) I went to the Experian website for a Free Credit Report because I was recently turned down for a credit card, and by law, I should be able to get one. I received my free credit report online, and then on Saturday, *******, Experian charged me $**.** for a membership which I did not sign up for and do not want. On Monday morning, *******, I called Experian to cancel the membership and ask for a refund. The operator (Ann) cancelled my membership and told me she would need * minutes to check with her supervisor about the refund. I was on hold for over an hour and she never returned. The charge is still on my checking account, so I called again today and was not even able to get through to a person, because I no longer have a membership. In an attempt to get to a person, a living human, I pushed the button to ask about a Credit Report and instead of getting a person, the automated system said it was sending me my Credit Report! Am I going to be charged for this, too?! First a membership that I didn't sign up for and didn't want and now a credit report I don't want!? I am incredibly frustrated. Please HELP! Yes it's fixed! Experian sent me an E-mail form for their customer service - so I told them about the problem there AND ... I found the email address -******@***.com and emailed them there as well.**They never responded to me directly, but did credit the money back to my account.**Thank you!*Diane
