I am signed up for something monthly through Experian and I’ve been trying to figure out how to speak to someone for help understanding with no success because you make it so hard to speak to a human. NOW I DONT WANT IT AND I DONT EXPECT TO SEE ANOTHER **.** CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT EVER!!! Your customer service ***** and your automated system is a retarded loop that should catch a virus and die... I want this charge gone and for Experian to lose my billing information... You’re too automated and have no human control over simple issues.
