I furnished my personal identification number and paid your requested fee for this service with my credit card. The Experian site then displayed "Security freeze successfully removed". My credit card was charged $**.** by Experian on July **, ****. I notified HSBC Bank USA, N.A. that the freeze had been removed. HSBC advises me that as of July **, **** the Experian freeze HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED, and they need for this to be done before they can approve my new account application.*My Name: James P. Brashear, III Address: **** Ridgedale Drive, Garland, Texas ***** Soc Sec Num: ***-**-*****My Personal Identification Number: ********** My phone numbers: ***-***-**** (home) & ***-***-**** (mobile)*THIS IS WHAT I WANT:**. Immediately remove my security freeze from this date through August **, ******. Verify that this has actually been done so that HSBC will not have any further difficulty in getting the proper data**. Notify me at *****@***.com that these actions have been completed.**.
