I want to discuss a billing problem and have been given a massive unrelated answers to enter talking about some freeze ****. I want to know why I was charged more this year than last and charged $**.** June * and $**.** on June **th. I did not wish to report a crisis or another problem but your automated phone was horrible. Customer Number ********* . Customer- *****@***.com password 'charles**' . I was charged $**.** for the entire year ending June **th **** * I am thinking to cancel my subscription if this can not be explained or corrected . Voice mail on your phone system is horrible and if I had a problem I could not in all likely hood get any help from you . It was awful ! If I had a problem I would be unable to contact EXPERIAN*Raymond C. Dilzer
