Help with my Experian issue

Went on Experian's website June * to temporarily unfreeze my credit report. Paid the $* fee. No luck, still frozen. Went on their customer support phone line on June **, unfroze the credit report AGAIN, paid another $*, got a confirmation number. STILL frozen. How long does it take??? And why can't they provide a live human being to answer customer problems like this?
GetHuman-apfelzwe did not yet indicate what Experian should do to make this right.

Go to Experian's Member customer support line at ***-***-****. There may be a few menu selections to make but you CAN reach a live operator this way. My credit report was unfrozen, I received a confirmation number, and two of the three credit card payments would be, I was assured, refunded within * business days. Unfortunately, the reason for unfreezing my credit report was to establish electrical utility service, and that service organization STILL cannot obtain my credit report, so I'm stumped as to how to resolve this problem.
