Hi, Itinerary # [redacted][redacted] I accidentally booked a hotel room for the wrong date, thinking I had paid for the option to cancel or modify. Sadly, when I contacted the hotel the next day, the staff claimed I had already checked in, which I hadn't. They are unwilling to refund me for this error. Being a long-time Expedia member, I'm reaching out for assistance in rectifying this situation. It was meant to be a surprise for my husband's birthday, and I can't afford to pay for the room again. I need your help in either securing the room I paid for or providing a voucher as a solution. I've been trying to resolve this since I realized the mistake. I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Lubbock on Highway 27, and it was a terrible experience. The hotel was dirty, the staff were impolite, and I have photographic evidence. My two friends and I traveled from Tyler, Texas, to Lubbock for a funeral. After a long journey of over [redacted] miles, we arrived at the hotel to find nobody at the front desk, a broken air conditioner in the lobby, and an overall unclean environment. There were also questionable individuals loitering around the property. Upon entering our room, I was shocked— the fire alarm was loose, plugs were haphazardly screwed in, the carpet was filthy, and the air conditioner emitted mold. Despite trying to make the best of a challenging situation, I was incredibly disappointed. This experience has led me to vow never to stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Hello, I recently made a reservation through Expedia, itinerary number [redacted][redacted], and checked in on 4/8/22. Even though I only booked one room, I noticed that I was charged for three rooms. This discrepancy caused confusion and inconvenience during my visit due to a rushed schedule for a funeral. After contacting the hotel, I was informed that there were indeed three rooms under my name, including names I did not recognize. Despite requesting to cancel the unauthorized rooms, I was only able to cancel one. After several attempts to communicate with the hotel manager, John Dominguez, regarding the refund for the extra room and cancellation charge, I have not received a resolution or a callback. I have also reached out to Expedia customer service, but have not received a response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the unresolved issue. We rented a car through Expedia with Priceless Car Rental, which turned out to be a total scam. The company doesn't exist, and no car was provided upon arrival. I had to make a [redacted] euro deposit with a credit card, but thankfully I called Expedia beforehand, and they informed me it was a scam. Despite this, I still got charged for optional insurance that I can't get a refund for. It's unbelievable that a company like this is in partnership with scammers. Expedia customer support was unhelpful, and it's a violation of international GDPR regulations. Just Google Priceless Car Rental Romania and check the feedback - it's clear they are not a legitimate company.

I had trouble booking two flights recently. Each time I entered my payment details and tried to confirm the booking, the website indicated a problem with my card information, even though it was correct. I attempted to book multiple times without success, even trying a different browser, but still ran into the same issue. Surprisingly, I later discovered that my card had been charged for each unsuccessful booking attempt, resulting in around $10,[redacted] in charges from Expedia. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation or itinerary number to reference. Now my account is frozen, and I am unable to resolve this with customer service without an itinerary number.

On April 24, I made a reservation to stay at the Wyndham Super 8 hotel in Dillon, CO for that same night. However, when I received the confirmation email, it showed a reservation for May 8 instead of April 24. Despite selecting same-day accommodations on the Expedia website without entering any specific dates, the mix-up occurred. As a result, I made a direct reservation with Wyndham and stayed at the hotel on April 24. The hotel is willing to provide a refund, but they claim it must be processed through Expedia. During my recent stay at America's Best Value Inn located at [redacted] Cracker Barrel in Knoxville, I encountered issues with the hotel owner. Despite daily housekeeping, my room was skipped. On March 19, [redacted], I accidentally damaged the pool gate, which I accepted responsibility for. When I couldn't access my room one day, the owner insisted on opening it for me at his discretion and demanded I remove my belongings immediately or he would involve the authorities. His disrespectful remarks and behavior deeply disturbed me. He escorted me to the back entrance, expressing hurtful sentiments. Upon re-entering my room, he mishandled my belongings, even causing the disappearance of some of my medication while I packed to leave. We had reserved two rooms through your platform, but the owner evicted me before the reservation end date.

I had booked three tickets to Europe for March [redacted], but the trip was canceled due to Covid-19. Expedia only provided vouchers and it was challenging to obtain them. I am concerned about the daily damage deposit. I wasn't aware of the daily deposit terms, and I assumed the £[redacted] would cover the entire 7 days. I made an advance hotel reservation, but upon arrival, the hotel mentioned a computer glitch and suggested I contact Expedia for a refund as they couldn't see third-party bookings. Although Expedia assured me a refund within 7 to 10 business days, this put me in a tough spot as I had driven from out of town and had no extra funds on my card to book another room. It took the hotel 4 hours to resolve the issue, causing a delay in my check-in. Despite being quoted a rate of $70 per night, Expedia didn't provide the promised credit for my next booking and charged me the full price instead. My attempts to reach a Supervisor at Expedia were fruitless, as I was denied assistance and hung up on. I urgently need this unresolved matter addressed today.

I traveled from Cancun today with a flight scheduled for 2:37 pm. However, upon arriving at the airport at 11 am, I was informed that my flight had actually left at 9:44 am. I did not receive any notification of this schedule change. I was then rebooked on a flight departing 7 hours later. Upon reaching my layover at Dallas Ft/Worth, Spirit Air informed me they had no itinerary for my connecting flight to LAX. Even the virtual assistant could not locate my booking. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have struggled to reach a live person after spending numerous hours trying to contact the airline and Expedia. If I can't speak to someone live now, I will cancel my Expedia booking and never use this service again. I informed them that the flight confirmation was incorrect as only one flight is scheduled according to the airline on the 19th of the month. I provided this information to Expedia, but they requested further details that I am unable to obtain. I am frustrated with the lack of live customer service support. I am scheduled to depart from Raleigh, NC to Cleveland, Ohio on Thursday, May 12, [redacted], and return on the 19th from Ohio to RDU. This issue needs to be resolved promptly. If I do not hear from a live person by 7:00 AM Eastern time, please cancel all arrangements with me, and I will seek alternative options.

On May 8, I originally booked a flight and hotel. Today, May 9, I decided to change my return flight to June 13. After canceling both the flight and hotel, I discovered that rebooking them together would be more cost-effective. I received a partial refund for canceling the hotel but noticed that the package protection plan fee was not refunded. Itinerary Number: [redacted][redacted] Confirmation: RIFFIM Hello, I have contacted customer support last week and the week before regarding changing my flight booking from LAX to NYC for the passenger Tiffanie Li from May 17 to June 17. I was advised to check the Expedia site in 1-2 business days to select my airline ticket. However, upon checking, I couldn't find my booking. After calling again, the agent informed me that the initial flight was canceled due to changes and rebooked the same ticket for June 17 departing from LAX at 3:10 pm. I was told to expect a confirmation within 72 hours. As of now, I have not received any confirmation email. Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Regarding Itinerary # [redacted][redacted], I booked flights earlier today and selected an option for a 23kg suitcase for £[redacted] per passenger, which then showed a reduced price of £[redacted] at the payment stage. I have paid but cannot see the suitcases listed on my reservation. I have tried calling but did not receive assistance. I need confirmation that the suitcases are included as initially stated during booking. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will consider a chargeback and cancelling the trip. Thank you.

Hertz mentioned they couldn't adjust the dates due to Expedia processing the payment. Hertz provided a better deal, and I had to proceed with the booking.
