I made a reservation at Direct Hotel in Kensington, Townsville, Australia through Wotif for the 14th of December. On the day of booking, the cost of $[redacted].00 was charged to my Mastercard. However, on the 19th of December, an additional $[redacted].00 was withdrawn by Wotif, and I am unsure why. I suspect a possible double charge by the hotel. My booking reference number for the 19th ends in [redacted], and for the 9th of December, it ends in [redacted]. Could you please investigate and rectify this overcharge? Thank you. Initials S.W. I lost my phone, and all the important information I had about my ticket is gone. I can't recall my password or itinerary number. Today is the deadline to use it due to the current situation, so I either need an extension or a refund. I prefer the extension. I don't have access to my old email anymore, so here's my new one for you to send the details to. My phone number has also changed, complicating matters further. I need to cancel my Jet Airways flight with the Expedia itinerary number [redacted][redacted] due to restrictions in Israel. The flight is operated by EL AL, and they require the internal ticket number to start with [redacted] to issue a voucher for rebooking. The current ticket number shown on the itinerary is incomplete as it only displays the originating ticket number. The EL AL confirmation number is 4p8YAD. I am hoping to receive a voucher for future travel with EL AL.

I need to cancel a reservation. After contacting the hotel to cancel, I was directed to Expedia. Upon calling Expedia, they advised me to contact the partners group. I received a number from them, but calling back did not resolve the issue. With today being the deadline to cancel, I'm concerned about being charged due to the unsuccessful attempts I've made all day.

I have been attempting to reach out to you through various communication channels, but have encountered difficulties. I must mention that up until now, I have been satisfied with the service provided. My son has a credit of [redacted].74 US with Latam airlines that expires today. Despite sending an email two days ago due to issues with the website, I have yet to receive a response from you. I have tried to contact you via email, phone calls (being disconnected), and the app, all to no avail. I urgently need to utilize this credit for a trip from Lima to Madrid or Lima to Barcelona on February 6th or 7th, [redacted], with a return on February 16th or 17th, [redacted]. I made a flight reservation for two people via Expedia back in January [redacted]. Due to Covid restrictions, I had to cancel the booking. Expedia informed me that I have until December 31, [redacted], to use the travel credits for the roundtrip flight. Unfortunately, I have been trying to reach them unsuccessfully. I've attempted all available customer service numbers, but all I get is a message saying a representative will join the call in 9 hours, which is not helpful. American Airlines and Frontier have confirmed I have flight credits but directed me back to Expedia for redemption. I booked a flight from New Zealand to Rockhampton with the following legs: QA146 NZ to Sydney, QA [redacted] Sydney to Brisbane. Upon arriving in Brisbane, I was informed of the need to quarantine for 14 days, causing me to miss my flight QA2368 to Rockhampton. Since 30/12/[redacted], I have been attempting to contact Expedia and Qantas. Qantas advised me to contact Expedia as I booked through them. However, reaching Expedia has been challenging. I have spent hours on hold and even when I do get through, I am redirected to the wrong department. I had purchased insurance for such situations, but the inability to change my flight date due to the communication issue with Expedia is frustrating. I recently reserved a car through Expedia and added insurance. Upon arriving at Budget, the car I reserved was not available. I contacted Expedia, provided my confirmation number [redacted]3US6, and requested a refund for the insurance as I did not receive the car. The travel itinerary is [redacted][redacted]. I received an email from Expedia stating they were unable to contact Budget, therefore denying my refund request. I booked a hotel through Expedia but confirmed it on Agoda where I was redirected to your service. My booking ID is [redacted]79. When we arrived at the hotel on January 1st at 21:00, we couldn't access our room because we didn't receive the email with the check-in details and door code. We had to book another hotel (Booking number: [redacted]) and pay for it. The hotel said they sent the information to the email in my booking, not mine. I demand a refund as we had to spend New Year's Eve on the street due to this oversight with my young daughter.

I am reaching out to express my disappointment and request a refund for the private minivan service included in my package. I have two United Airlines tickets on hold that I need to use by the end of June this year. The tickets with confirmation code ILMTKX were purchased through AARP Travel and were canceled in December [redacted] due to COVID-19. United Airlines has acknowledged the cancellation, but they advised me to contact Expedia for further assistance. When I checked online with United this morning, the tickets are priced at $[redacted] each before taxes. I had paid a total of $[redacted].75 for two tickets, which is a higher amount. I plan to book three tickets from EWR to AUA for May 30 to June 3, adding Justin Fernandez to the original two tickets booked for Carol B. Ziesing and Shannon Grace Dooley. The amount I paid should be more than enough to cover the three tickets with a possible refund.

I have been charged for a ticket that was never used by both CheapOair and American Airlines. The online transaction included hidden charges, which seems like a scam with greedy tactics involved. The Dept of Transportation confirmed that only American Airlines charged me for the ticket. I demand a full refund since the ticket was canceled both ways. I have been trying to get my money back for months, but you have ignored my requests. I will file separate complaints with every possible service and notify the Dept of Transportation about your practices. I'm frustrated and angry - give me my money back to my card immediately. Stop stalling and ignoring me; it's unfair and feels like theft to hardworking individuals like me. I will continue to pursue this until I get my refund, as this behavior is unacceptable.

We made a one-night reservation through Expedia for January 7th at the Alajuela City Hotel in Costa Rica. Two days ago, we emailed them to cancel due to both my husband and I being ill with COVID-19. Our stay was from late night on January 7th to mid-morning on January 8th, in a superior double room for approximately $93 total with taxes. I made a reservation through Expedia (# [redacted][redacted]) for Villa Cocomo Tranquility and Peace in Ochio Rios, St Ann, Jamaica (VRBO# HA-4HY22C) for Jan 6 to 8. Despite my arrival between 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm, the host never showed up, did not provide a valid phone number, and failed to respond to emails. As it is a gated community, the host should have greeted me at the entrance, but I had to be let in by someone else as the host was a no-show. I had to seek alternative lodging and request a refund to my credit card due to this unacceptable situation. Cancellation Request - Itinerary [redacted][redacted] I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding our cancellation and refund request with Expedia. On Dec 25, while en route to our destination, we encountered a severe accident causing a road closure. Subsequently, we faced a standstill in traffic for 5 hours due to a winter storm. Despite attempts, we couldn't reach the hotel or find alternative accommodation in the affected area. We contacted Expedia for assistance, emphasizing our safety concerns. The agents we spoke with, such as Angela, Sai, and Esther, were understanding and assured us of their support. Despite their efforts to contact the hotel, no resolution was reached after multiple follow-ups. We kindly request a prompt refund for the hotel reservation charges. Booking Reference: [redacted] I made a booking at Outrigger Fiji Resort for 2 nights on January 9th and 10th. Our initial island resort plans were disrupted by a cyclone and floods, and upon arrival, we couldn't reach Outrigger due to flooded roads. For safety reasons, we returned to the airport without reaching the hotel. I have spoken to the hotel, and they assured me that they would not charge any fees. I've noticed on the Expedia website that there are several credits associated with different airlines that I booked through Expedia. I want to apply two of these credits for my upcoming journey: one for the departure (CHS-SJC on 2/15) and one for the return (SJC-CHS on 2/21). Specifically, I aim to use my United credit for the outbound flight and my Delta credit for the return leg. OUTBOUND FLIGHT: I have two United credits, but when I contacted United, they only recognized one credit. The more valuable credit listed on Expedia is not showing up in their system. Can you help resolve this?
