First of all, I have been using expedia for years and a mistake was made on the booking and since you have been paid for the night we stayed on the *th I refuse to pay for the second night when we did not stay. I have contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the charge and they assured me they would stand behind me. *I would also suggest that you get some people that speak English and when they tell you they are going to get the manager and it takes ** minutes, Really, something is wrong! *If you continue to pursue charging me for two nights when we only stayed one I can assure you I will never and I do mean never use Expedia again. This is what I call stupid business.*You are willing to lose a customer who always uses Expedia when you have already been paid for the night of the *th I know you were because I call Best Western and they assured me you got your money.
