I am considering changing my flight to a later one from St. Croix Island to Wilkes-Barre. The current flight I am looking at is with American Airlines on Wednesday, August 4. The departure is at 4:17 pm from Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) in St. Croix on American Airlines flight [redacted], a Boeing [redacted]-[redacted] with WiFi. The flight duration is 4 hours and 2 minutes. The arrival is in Charlotte at 8:19 pm at Charlotte-Douglas Intl. (CLT) with a 2-hour layover. The next flight is at 10:19 pm also from Charlotte to Wilkes-Barre on American Airlines flight [redacted] operated by PSA Airlines as American Eagle. Today, I made a booking with Expedia, and unfortunately, my credit card was mistakenly charged twice for the same booking. However, I haven't received any booking details or itinerary. I have been trying to contact them for the past 10 hours, but without the itinerary, I can't reach anyone. It's frustrating because my trip is time-sensitive. I even contacted the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables in Miami, Florida, where I was supposed to stay, and they have no record of my reservation. My credit card company has verified the double charge. I'm concerned about the status of my money and the booking.

I am still awaiting a response regarding my issue. Despite contacting customer service 10 times, all I hear is that an investigation will be conducted and that I will be contacted within 72 hours, yet I have received no communication. My itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. I rescheduled my flight from June 1st to June 6th, [redacted], and after receiving a confirmation via email to my husband's email, [redacted], stating the change was successful, I arrived to find I was not on the flight list. Expedia failed to inform the airline of the change. This resulted in me purchasing another ticket urgently, causing financial losses and missing a significant job interview. Despite contacting Expedia, no resolution was provided. This experience is unacceptable, and I request a refund for the additional expenses incurred due to this error. I urge for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I made a car rental reservation through Expedia with Fox Car Rental in Maui from June 24 to July 1 with confirmation number WFX04551EF. Unfortunately, the rental was canceled by Fox due to overbooking without any apology or proper communication. I have been trying to reach out to both Fox and Expedia multiple times to resolve this issue but have not received any response or assistance. Despite contacting Expedia and being promised a call back, I have not heard from anyone. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this situation, especially considering we made the reservation back in March. At this point, we just need a car that can accommodate five people. We are not willing to pay significantly higher prices due to the last-minute cancellation. With our trip to Maui approaching soon, we urgently need help securing a car at a fair price close to what we initially agreed upon.

I made a reservation for a hotel through Expedia on 5/26/[redacted]. The confirmation email I received had a general policy section about "Cancellations and changes," but it did not clearly indicate whether my booking was "Non-Refundable." I can provide you with the exact email from Expedia if needed. When I canceled the reservation on 6/01/[redacted], I did not receive any warning before confirming the cancellation. Only after completing the cancellation did Expedia finally label it as "non-refundable." Therefore, I believe that Expedia or the hotel should be able to provide a refund.

I had booked a flight from June 1st to June 5th for 2 passengers under Itinerary #[redacted][redacted] to visit our sick mother. Unfortunately, she passed away on May 26th. Due to this, I needed to rebook my flight sooner, while Kylie was unable to join me. I contacted Expedia to explain the situation and requested to cancel the incoming flights on June 1st and one flight returning to Phoenix on June 5th. They mistakenly cancelled all flights, leading me to book another flight back to Phoenix on June 5th. I was advised to send proof of the death certificate to [redacted], but this process has been confusing. I want to highlight that during my conversations with Jennifer on 5/28 and Jessica on 5/27, I clearly communicated my intentions, yet the issue was not resolved accurately. I was promised a refund upon providing the death certificate, and I'm eager to send it to expedite the resolution of this matter.

I rented a car through your website, but upon arrival at the airport, there was no car available as promised. The company stated they would pick me up at my hotel the next day, but they failed to do so due to a lack of personnel. After arranging my own transportation back to the airport, I was informed that I could get a car if I paid an additional $1,[redacted] or [redacted],[redacted] pesos as a deposit. Despite having purchased insurance through Expedia, it was deemed invalid, and I was given no option but to pay the extra fee. During my recent stay at the "Walnut Inn & Suites" motel, I had a very disappointing experience. Upon check-in, there was a mix-up with the room type and an unfriendly desk clerk demanded an increased deposit without a valid reason. Throughout my three-day stay, I encountered roaches of various sizes, including a significant infestation under the refrigerator at checkout. When I tried to address these issues, the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and even hostile. I suspect the initial deposit increase was an attempt to later blame me for pre-existing damages in the room. In light of these circumstances, I strongly believe I deserve a full refund for my entire stay and urge a thorough inspection of the motel to prevent similar incidents for future guests. While driving a moving truck in the rain, we urgently needed a hotel for the night. After mistakenly booking a room for Wednesday through SnapTravel, we found ourselves with no room upon arrival at the first hotel. Despite the nonrefundable booking, I reached out to SnapTravel, canceled the Hampton Inn reservation, and disputed the charge with my credit card. Seeking confirmation to cancel the Wednesday booking due to being in South Carolina for just one night, I hope to rectify this mix-up promptly.

I booked a flight to Canada in March [redacted] for May [redacted]. Due to covid, flights were canceled. I have been trying to get a refund for our return flight from Air Transat through Expedia since May [redacted]. Expedia refunded our outgoing flight with Air Canada quickly, but the refund for Air Transat has been a struggle. Expedia directs me to contact Air Transat, who claims they provided the refund information to Expedia. I was advised by Air Transat on 6/12/21 that refunds requested before April [redacted] need to be processed by Expedia. After a long wait and call with Expedia customer service in the Philippines, the manager was supposed to call me back, but I never received a call. It has been 15 months, and our friends who booked the same flights received their Air Transat refund 2 months ago.

I recently booked a round trip flight from Detroit to Roanoke VA for July 1st to July 6th. When trying to change the dates on Expedia's website for my daughter, it seemed like two trips were booked with different itinerary numbers and my credit card was charged twice. I couldn't fix this online and had to call customer service. However, after waiting for an hour for a callback, the call disconnected after just a message. I'm now waiting for another callback, which has the same estimated wait time. I really need to ensure I have only one booking and only one charge. I tried to book a vacation, but my card got declined due to not increasing the limit. After calling the bank, the agent realized there were multiple transactions to the airline causing the card to exceed the limit. The bank suggested contacting Expedia. Despite numerous calls, without a valid itinerary number, I couldn't reach a representative. The airline confirmed Expedia's repeated transactions and advised me to cancel the reservation. Even after multiple attempts, I couldn't get through to Expedia to cancel. Upon checking my Expedia account, I found a strange itinerary number from Jan 01, [redacted], but was unable to access any details. Frustrated and out $[redacted] for one-way airfare, I desperately need to halt this process but can't seem to stop the charges.

Booking #[redacted][redacted] - My mother and I made a reservation for June 13th. The room appeared clean in the pictures, but on arrival, we found a different story. The room was in a terrible state - torn headboard, mold on the wall, dirty sheets with no covers, and a tub filled with soapy water. We had to leave due to the unhygienic conditions, especially with our medically fragile child and two other kids. The staff at the desk refunded our deposit but mentioned we needed to contact you for a refund of the room charges. Please reimburse the charges to my mother's Visa ending in [redacted] belonging to Mary A McDaniel promptly. The situation was unacceptable and unsanitary, and many others were also complaining and leaving the establishment that night. Kindly address this issue to prevent further dissatisfaction. Thank you.

Hello, I recently selected a hotel for my children and me as part of a package deal, only to discover it is not suitable for kids due to drug use. I was trying to cancel the hotel and get a refund through the virtual chat, but the system canceled the hotel without providing the refund. I booked a rental car through Expedia with confirmation number [redacted][redacted] but encountered issues when trying to pick it up from Dollar at the DFW airport on June 3rd, [redacted]. Despite having a driving license in Roman alphabet, the attendant requested an international driving license, preventing me from getting the car. As per the rules, an international driving license is only required if the license is in a non-Roman alphabet. I had to go with another company that accepted my regular driving license.
