You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

i am trying to explain i never received a booking confirmation from expedia re abooking that I have been charged for as a no show ... I got a charge on my credit for $***.** for accommodation at Karratha Central apartment for *th May **** I never received a confirmation for this I dont know what has happened where the information for my booking came from but there is nothing on my computer to verify that I booked it or that i even looked at it.*I have spoken to the Motel and they say the booking came from expedia. I have all my other bookings confirmed which I did on line and I dont understand how this went through and I am cross bout the payment and now I am really cross because the system u have wont accept my address.
