I am in search of my updated itinerary for my upcoming trip to Las Vegas, Nevada from April 18th to 22nd. Upon reviewing some information, it seems to indicate that my trip has been canceled, which is not the case as I have not made any cancellations and have already paid for the trip. Despite this, I am lacking details on my reservations and have been unable to retrieve my flight information and e-tickets. When contacting customer service, they confirmed the upcoming trip but I still require copies of my hotel bookings, flight details, and rental car information. I had booked a trip to Hawaii for June [redacted] but had to cancel due to the pandemic. After canceling the trip, I received confirmation of the flight cancellation on April 30, [redacted], promising United credits for each of the 5 people in our group. I noticed the 5 credits in my Expedia account. On May 19, [redacted], I got a confirmation email for our two hotel rooms, stating I would receive a $[redacted].70 refund per room within 30 days. However, the refund did not come through. In January [redacted], I reached out to Expedia about the missing hotel refund. They mentioned it would take 4-6 weeks to investigate. Despite receiving an email on January 27, [redacted] instructing me to call Expedia to rebook using a coupon, I was told on March 24th that it would still take 4-6 weeks to resolve the credit refund issue. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but no one reached out. A chat representative on March 30, [redacted] mentioned that there was no expedited process for my request and it would still take 4-6 weeks for a response. This prolonged delay, beginning from May 19, [redacted], has left me frustrated with Expedia's lack of action to address the original hotel refund issue.

I booked a car rental at Denver International Airport through Expedia. They directed me to Routes car rental company. Expedia charged me $[redacted], while Routes charged $[redacted]. I initially booked for 5 days but returned the car in less than 24 hours due to a change. I have contacted Expedia multiple times over 6+ weeks regarding the double billing and overcharge, but there has been no progress. Neither company will provide a case manager for resolution. The phone wait times are 30-90+ minutes and email support is unhelpful. Each company claims the other is not communicating. I believe they are intentionally putting up barriers to discourage me from seeking a resolution.

I am reaching out regarding my hotel reservation issue with Expedia and Doubletree Hotels. On 3/14/21, Expedia notified me that my hotel booking was canceled due to COVID, promising a full refund. Despite requesting a coupon instead of a refund on 3/20/21, it never appeared in my account as promised. After multiple attempts and unfulfilled promises, I was given conflicting information from customer service and told to wait 4-6 weeks for the coupon, which then turned out to be insufficient. On 4/6/21, I received a refund of $49.72 even though I had paid over $[redacted] for the hotel and did not cancel the reservation. I now seek a prompt full refund and, if necessary, I request details on formal dispute resolution options such as arbitration or litigation from Expedia. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

We arranged our entire trip through Expedia, booking flights from DTW to Orlando International Airport, and a five-night stay at Ramada Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. We've encountered numerous issues and despite multiple attempts to contact Expedia for help, we've received no response. We reached out to Spirit Airlines directly to resolve our flight problem, as we were stuck without transportation. Unfortunately, we missed a night at the hotel due to the flight delay, and now face another night without accommodation because our flight's been rescheduled to Saturday. We expect Expedia to reach out to the hotel to address this issue. We urgently need a hotel for Friday and Saturday night due to the flight delay that Expedia couldn't resolve. We're disappointed with the lack of professionalism we've experienced. Expedia should correct this situation by helping us secure the additional nights' accommodations. This vacation has been very stressful, as we've had to rely on costly Ubers due to the transportation issue caused by Expedia's failure to secure our rental car. We hope Expedia can rectify this and avoid us sitting outside with our luggage. We've overspent on Ubers already and need assistance promptly.

I attempted to purchase two roundtrip tickets from Portland (PDX) to Ontario (ONT). However, the website charged me $[redacted].87 three times from my checking account erroneously. When I tried to contact customer service for assistance, I was directed to the website or prompted for an itinerary number, which I don't possess as no trips are showing in my account. This issue has resulted in nearly $[redacted] being deducted from my account. Alaska Airlines confirmed the charges, but they could not locate my booking. They informed me that Expedia only processed the payment for the Alaska tickets, but I have yet to receive any booking details. The only evidence of the transaction is in my bank statement. I urgently require a refund so I can purchase these tickets for my late son's memorial service.

During our recent stay at the Cascades Mountain Resort Ascend Collection, we unfortunately encountered BED BUGS! I have been bitten multiple times and have developed skin irritations. After informing the front desk, we were relocated to another room for the night, only to find it infested with cockroaches and more bed bugs! Despite receiving an email apology from the General Manager promising a full refund and waiving cancellation fees, no refund has been processed, and my attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. If this matter is not addressed promptly, legal action will be taken with a potential bed bug claim against the company and a personal injury claim.

Hello, I am MARCINE N KNISS, and I attempted to purchase 2 adult round-trip tickets from PDX to ONT on April 7, [redacted], for my late son's memorial. The travel dates are from 04/22 to 04/28, with the outbound flight on Delta and the return on Alaska Air. Unfortunately, during the transaction, my credit card was charged $[redacted].32 three times by Alaska Air due to a timeout issue without generating any itinerary. Despite my attempts to contact the airline for assistance, the automated system redirects me to the website and hangs up, preventing me from speaking to a representative despite 12 calls. I need the nearly $[redacted] refund to purchase the tickets for the memorial. Itinerary # [redacted][redacted] Upon my arrival at the airport to collect the car, the staff at Green Motion informed me that they were out of cars. This situation led to me having to rent a last-minute vehicle at an inflated cost, which was three times higher than anticipated. After contacting Expedia's customer service, I was assured that I would receive both a refund and compensation. However, it has been more than a week, and there have been no updates on the status of my request. I kindly request for the refund and compensation to be processed promptly.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I requested a room with a balcony as I believed I had paid for one. The staff member assigned me a room without a balcony initially and then informed me that I would need to pay an extra $50 for a room with a balcony. After agreeing to the additional charge, I was informed there would be a 45 to 60-minute wait for the room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff member unprofessionally suggested I cancel my reservation. Displeased with the lack of available rooms and the rude service, I made the decision to seek accommodation elsewhere.

I am seeking a refund due to a disappointing service experience. I spoke with the manager, Mary Jeffery, this morning, who kindly offered to waive my hotel fees. I made a last-minute booking on 4/9 at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott but encountered challenges with their phone service while attempting to confirm a late check-in. Despite multiple dropped calls and being on hold, I reached out explaining my situation. Unfortunately, the staff member I finally spoke to was confrontational and impolite, as I later shared with the manager. I felt compelled to stay at the hotel upon my late arrival, despite the uncomfortable situation. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I believe the level of service provided was subpar.

Hello, I encountered some issues while trying to use two $[redacted].72 credits to book flights from Calgary, Canada to White Plains, NY on Expedia today, April 11, [redacted]. When following the instructions on the site, I found that the flight I wanted was not showing up when using the credit voucher path. Additionally, even though I selected a flight departing at 12:30pm, the billing screen showed a flight leaving at 6:30am instead. After trying multiple times and being on hold with Expedia for an hour and a half without success, I ended up booking directly on Expedia with my credit card due to limited availability. I am now requesting Expedia to apply the two $[redacted].72 credits and refund them to my credit card. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope for a resolution.

Itinerary: [redacted][redacted] I flew from NYC to San Diego over the weekend with a layover each way, booked through your site. The issue is with the Frontier flight. After leaving SD at 10:50 pm, I arrived at Orlando, FL (layover) at 5:40 am. Your website indicated my NY flight at 7:53 am, but it actually departed before 7:30 am. The gates were closed by 7:10 am. Despite being at the airport for hours, I missed the flight due to receiving incorrect information from you (have a screenshot). Frontier has been unhelpful, initially referring to Thursday flights which doesn't work for me as I need to get home today for work and have no connections in Florida. I've already spoken with Frontier airport staff and waited on hold with customer support for over an hour, but they haven't resolved anything; the flight was even canceled. I can't afford the current $1k flights today. I'm exhausted, in pain, and struggling to stay awake. I urgently need Expedia to arrange a flight for me today so I can get home. Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated.

I did some research on Expedia for a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida, but ultimately decided not to go due to financial reasons. Our group booked three rooms at a hotel in Cancun, but we encountered numerous issues during our stay. Despite our reservation, we faced delays in receiving room keys, a malfunctioning safe, and a faulty lobby air conditioning. After complaints, the hotel allowed us to check out early with a charge for one night of our five-night stay. However, as our reservation was made through Expedia, they informed us that only Expedia could process the refund for the remaining nights. We attempted multiple times to contact Expedia for assistance, even with the hotel manager's help, but were left on hold for extended periods without reaching a resolution. Eventually, we decided to pay an additional $[redacted] at a different hotel and moved there to salvage our vacation. I recently received an email from Expedia informing me of a flight change. The email contained a confirmation submit button to confirm the change. However, the new connecting flight time was before the new arriving time due to a short layover in the trip. I realized this arrangement wouldn't work for me. I attempted to reach out to their virtual agent for assistance, but have been waiting for 45 minutes without any response. I spent the same amount of time on hold, exhausting my phone minutes, without any help. Expedia lacks a live chat or email support option. Being unable to confirm a change that is clearly not feasible is frustrating, especially when customer service is unreachable. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Expedia's service, and I will not be using their services in the future.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel I stayed at. The place was filthy, unhygienic, and overall depressing. The management was unpleasant and not helpful at all. While they offered refunds to other guests in my group, I was not eligible because I booked through your platform. This entire situation ruined my trip, and I strongly feel that Expedia needs to take responsibility and refund me in full. This hotel should not be listed on your site - it's not even suitable for pets. I am extremely disappointed.

I encountered difficulties booking a flight on Delta airlines through Expedia. Despite filling in all the necessary information, when I tried to complete the booking, I received an error message repeatedly stating, "Sorry We weren't able to complete your booking. Please wait a moment and try again." I attempted to reach out to Customer Service via chat but was directed to call a number as no representatives were available. I called the number twice but couldn't connect to a live person without providing an itinerary number that I didn't possess. After finding another Customer Service number, I navigated through the menu to book a new flight and was informed that agents couldn't assist with bookings over the phone and advised to use the website. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I persisted and eventually managed to successfully book the flight online. The process should not have been this challenging, and speaking with a Customer Service Agent should have been a feasible option.

I rented a car through Expedia with itinerary #[redacted][redacted] for March 21-28 from Budget. The car was quite dirty when given to us, a Mustang convertible for my wife's birthday surprise. Sadly, halfway home, the AC stopped working. After struggling to reach someone for assistance without luck, I finally contacted a local Budget office. They mentioned no available vehicles and directed me to the airport, which proved unhelpful as they never answered. I hesitated to make the long drive without confirmation on another convertible. During our short vacation in Cancun, Mexico, my group had reserved three rooms for five nights from April 12th to April 17th through Expedia under itinerary number #[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel, we faced multiple issues such as a malfunctioning key machine, broken lobby A/C, and a lack of vegetarian meal options in the hotel's restaurants.
