You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-leguires's own words
I was looking for flights for my family from Oahu to Las Vegas via my cell phone, but the online site would not let me enter seat assignments or purchase travel insurance. I did not confirm any bookings. I came home, joined the Expedia site and began looking again and was able to find booking that suited our families needs. I then was able to add the travel insurance to my booking and proceeded to attempt to purchase the arrangements but my card was declined.*I looked into my bank account and it showed * purchases. One from United Airlines for $***.** and one from Expedia for $*.**. I tried Expedia's virtual assistant which was of no help as I do not have a itinerary number. I called my banks cards services and they said there was the same charges, but Expedia was trying to refund $*.** and $***.**, but the $***.** was still charged to my account. Card services gave me a number ************** and said to try that as it is the number associated with the charge. My online Expedia account the same number on it under trips but when you click it, it states that I have no active bookings. My bank card services also stated that there was an attempt on my card by Hawaiian Airlines for $***.** which was declined. *I have not booked anything yet with Expedia. I want those charges reversed immediately. If they are not reversed this evening, I will cancel my card, dispute the charges and take further legal action. This is ridiculous and I am completely disgusted as you folks came recommended from a trusted source.* I got no confirmation emails from Expedia for any bookings. Please Fix this!
