You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-rlneuman's own words
When we arrived in Atlanta on *-**-** we took the tram to the car rental building only to find out that the car we had reserved with Thrifty through Expedia would not be issued to us because we used a Debit Card and we had no other credit cards with us. * We were not the only ones to have this problem!! One of the workers told me to get a hold of Expedia for a refund which is what I’m doing now. * We were there for the NASCAR races and we had to take a taxi to our hotel and thankfully it was close enough to the track so we WALKED to all of our destinations and took a taxi back to the airport on *-**-**. We would like a REFUND of $***.** please!! Thank you
