I booked a flight today and the screen said there was a problem on you all end. I checked my account and the money is gone, but no ticket. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for * hours now. I never got an itinerary number and to talk to someone they keep asking me what is mine. There is no record at all of my ticket. I also had a **.** credit that was used to book the flight that is now gone as in I used it. I do not want to book through this company at all. I would like all my money back and go book my flight somewhere else.
