Today I discovered my trip (itinerary **************) had been cancelled. I called and spoke with one of your agents and learned that my trip to New Zealand and New Caledonia had been cancelled by Qantas Airlines on April **, ****. I was told that Qantas had cancelled my tickets due to the pandemic and would give a credit that would be valid until December **, ****.**My complaint is that I never received an email from Expedia regarding this cancellation. I also have NOTHING in writing that verifies that I have a credit, and the total is $*,***.**!**Today I had to cancel a domestic flight to Montana and Alaska, and I immediately received a verifying email that gave the credit details. **Please put the Qantas Airlines cancellation in writing with the instructions that I need to use the credit. At this point, it is only heresay, as far as I’m concerned, with nothing in writing.
