My wife and I have a May trip to Yosemite Natl Park. The Park is closed due to coronavirus. I have * hotels paid for through expedia.com. I was able to cancel * for a full refund. The other *, through the expedia virtual agent,since I cannot talk to a live person, say that the * hotels were paid for, at a discounted rate, and are non-refundable. The first hotel check in, is ********. Expedia says you cannot talk to a live person, unless it is ** hrs b* travel. I called the Hotel for a refund, but they defer me to Expedia, who took the money.
GetHuman4596169 did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
