I can not get thru to expedia on any numbers. I have been in wait queues for up to * hours a few times before the call drops, amd sometimes after a few minutes. I have * airplane bookings for * passengers within a few days and need change them. what do I do ??

The line went silent but I was still connected so I just waited and about an hour later it was answere. Most times I was cut but sometimes as the music went I thought I was cut off but wasn't. They were helpful and apologetic but I did spend a full day sorting this. Secret is if it is connected and silent just wait......
