Obtain a refund. ... We cancelled our celebrity cruise out of Rome Italy due to the coronavirus issue. We were to fly out of Barcelona on air Transat on June *, ****. We need to cancel and be refunded for this flight. Itinerary * *************.*Elizabeth and Douglas Moses****-***-****
This is frustrating because we wanted to go on the cruise, but because of the virus, we cannot go. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and has a low immune system.
Would like a refund.
I expect good customer service,
