Unfortunately, since no one has been of assistance, I had to contact Walmart Capital One for help with my issue. I am hoping someone can address my reservation from February 21 to March 1. I booked my ticket through Expedia and need assistance extending the dates of my trip. After arriving in Sri Lanka from Australia, I am facing difficulties and would appreciate your help. My ticket reference is NZJMN4. I am currently in Sri Lanka and wish to return to Brisbane, Australia three weeks from the original booking dates. I am looking to travel between January 20th and 30th. Hello, we recently arrived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with itinerary #[redacted][redacted]. We were informed at Economy Rentals that in addition to the $[redacted].43 CAD we were supposed to pay, there was an extra daily insurance charge of $32 USD, making the total rental cost $[redacted] USD. We had already verified that the mandatory Mexican TPL/PLI of Mex Pesos [redacted],[redacted] was included, which was printed on our agreement. Despite showing this to the agent, they insisted on the additional charge, claiming it was mandatory. We have comprehensive insurance through our TD credit card and refused the extra fee, leading to a dispute with the agent, Carlos Porrac. We declined the rental at the inflated rate and were assured no charges would be made to our credit card. We are concerned about this misrepresentation and urge confirmation of no charges. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience booking a family trip to Dubai through Expedia. Dear Expedia, I am writing to inform you about my recent experience with booking a room at One Queens Hotel in Dubai. My name is R.K. and I had reserved a room for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered significant discrepancies between the hotel as advertised on your website and the actual conditions. The room rate was listed as $49.65 per night with breakfast, wifi, an outdoor swimming pool, and air conditioning included. However, upon check-in: 1. I was asked to pay for breakfast separately. 2. The wifi only worked for one device, not two as stated. 3. I did not have access to the indoor pool, and the room had an unpleasant odor contrasting with the promised amenities. I am disappointed with my recent experience booking through one of your companies, hotels.com. The hotel I stayed at was subpar, and when I tried to address my concerns with hotels.com, I was informed that the hotel's cancellation policies were beyond their control. I had booked a 6-day stay but checked out after just one day, only to discover that I would not be refunded for the unused portion of my reservation. The hotel agreed to refund me for only 2 days out of the 6. This lack of support from your company is unacceptable, and I feel like I am being taken advantage of. I will not be using your services for any future bookings and will seek out a company that will advocate for its customers in situations like these. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I have a booking at a hotel that is in a different location than the tour I am scheduled to go on. The hotel's address shows it is in Cusco, where the tour operator is meant to pick me up, but the hotel is actually a four-hour train ride away. I haven't checked in because it is too far from where I need to be for the tour. Can you provide any assistance with this situation?

I recently made a shuttle booking from CDG airport to Hotel Duminy Vendome, but unfortunately, the shuttle driver did not arrive as scheduled. Despite contacting customer service and speaking with a supervisor who attempted to resolve the issue by contacting their supplier in Paris, I was asked to provide a taxi receipt for reimbursement. After submitting the receipt, I received a response denying a refund based on inaccurate information from their supplier, claiming I did not wait long enough, despite waiting for 3 hours. This is in contrast to the earlier promise made by the supervisor to issue a refund. I am disappointed by the company's inconsistent handling of the situation.

I received a confirmation email from Expedia with the subject line "Expedia travel confirmation - Sat, Oct 5. - (Itinerary # [redacted][redacted])." When I quickly made the reservation, I didn't read the entire confirmation. I booked for one night on Sat., Oct. 5, aiming to break up our trip from NC to FL. However, my bank account shows a charge for three nights instead of one. I contacted Comfort Inn, where we stayed, and their manager mentioned they follow Expedia's booking. I explained that I booked for one night, stayed for one, and left the next morning. When we checked in, it was verbally confirmed for just one night. No mention was made of three nights. We returned home to FL on Oct. 6, and I was at work on Oct. 7. I'm willing to provide proof of my workday. Kindly refund me for the two extra nights and taxes incurred. Thank you.

I recently booked a trip to New Zealand right before Christmas and used my credit card to pay for the tickets. It took some time to receive the confirmation emails for both flights, but they eventually arrived confirming the tickets and payment. However, two days later, I noticed that I was charged for both flights again. I contacted customer service, but to my disappointment, they were unkind and not very helpful. Over the next two days, I attempted to reach them four times, waiting on hold for an hour each time, only to have the call disconnected when I tried to clarify the mistake.

I purchased 2 bus tickets for a Niagara Falls tour from NYC on January 2, [redacted]. My account login is [redacted] The payment of USD240.00 through my credit card ending in [redacted] has been confirmed by my credit card administrator. I contacted Expedia Brasil on December 28th to verify my transaction, and the customer service representative advised me to wait 72 hours to receive my tickets via email. However, I have not yet received my tickets or any confirmation email from Expedia regarding my purchase. Can someone assist me with this, please?

Hello, I am writing to address an issue I encountered during my recent car rental booking through Expedia. When picking up the vehicle from Alamo at Atlanta International Airport, I was recommended additional protection options for liability insurance on top of the $10 per day car rental protection. I accepted the additional coverage including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at $29.99 per day and Extended Protection at $13.74 per day. This brought the total daily premium for car rental protection to $43.73, replacing the original $10 per day basic coverage. However, despite this, Alamo charged me for both the CDW, Extended Protection, and the $10 per day basic coverage processed by Expedia. I believe the $10 per day charge should be refunded since it was superseded by the more extensive coverage purchased. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a reservation at The Courtyard By Marriott Louisville Airport in Louisville, Kentucky. Upon arrival, the Front Desk Attendant mentioned that my reservation had been cancelled. Surprisingly, Expedia's records still show my reservation as active. I am concerned about being charged a cancellation fee for a reservation that should not have been cancelled in the first place. I am reaching out regarding an Expedia booking with the ID [redacted][redacted] made using our office card. I am having trouble locating the bill for this transaction, even though it is visible on the bank statement. As the end of the financial year approaches, we need to submit all our bills. Hello, I made a reservation through Expedia with Super Shuttle in Cancun, my itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, no one from Super Shuttle was there to meet us despite our transfer reservation. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were finally sent a shuttle along with 5 families. We were then required to walk 15 minutes with our luggage, unlike the walk-in clients who were picked up at the airport gate. On another occasion, when we had arranged for a pick-up from the hotel to the airport on December 29, [redacted], no one arrived, so we had to take a taxi. This level of service is unacceptable. I request a refund and urge you to choose a more professional company for future bookings, rather than dealing with an unreliable service provider like Super Shuttle. I have been a loyal customer of yours for 18 years, booking all my flights and hotels through Expedia.
