I made a reservation for a trip for two people from Catania to Agrigento on November 12th through your company. I received a confirmation email with an itinerary number ([redacted][redacted]) which stated that the provider would contact me soon. Despite this, I never received any further communication. After contacting the provider Cuoriseete, they mentioned they had no record of our booking. Due to this error, we were unable to go on the trip. I am requesting a refund as this issue was not caused by us. Kindly acknowledge this email as I have not received responses to my previous complaints to customer service. If I do not hear back and do not receive a refund, I will be forced to take legal action.

VRBO surprised us by requesting a W-9 tax form which caused a delay in our payment. Despite being in business for 20 years and using VRBO for 2 years, we encountered issues. Although we initially sent the signed W-9 on 11/18, it was in the wrong format. After assistance from a representative on 12/3, we thought it was sorted, but our bank transfer details were inaccurate. It was rectified on 12/6, and we received approval along with another request for the tax form. Following more back and forth, we were told to fill out another W-9 on Sunday and further delays are expected. We are frustrated and seeking resolution promptly. Kindly help address these inconsistencies as we are seniors in our 70s and rely on this income. Your urgent attention is greatly appreciated. Larry

I received an email from Expedia informing me that the Air Transat flight I booked was no longer available. Expedia instructed me to choose one of the three options provided in the email. Upon contacting Expedia, I selected option 1 as they mentioned only two options, not three. However, when I called Air Transat directly, they confirmed there were indeed three options but advised me to have Expedia make the change since I booked through them. After informing Expedia of this, they assured me they would contact Air Transat to book option 2 for me. Unfortunately, after a lengthy wait on hold, the Expedia agent informed me they were unable to resolve the issue with Air Transat and that someone would follow up within 48 hours. This delay will likely exceed the 48-hour window I had to select option 2, flight [redacted], potentially resulting in additional fees for changing my flight.

Itinerary Number: [redacted][redacted]. I made a booking and paid via your website for a room last night, scheduled for 10/12/19. However, there seems to be an error as your system booked me for 20/12/19 instead. I need to clarify that I was physically at the hotel last night when I made this booking. This mistake was not on my part or a change in my travel plans. I will need to settle the hotel bill this morning from my expenses, which is inconvenient. I request a prompt resolution. Please either refund me the amount or make the payment directly to the hotel before I have to. I'm having trouble logging into The Parkwood's customer access. I keep getting an error message saying that my email and password don't match. I really need to access my account and want to avoid being locked out without any other means to reach out to you. Also, I'd appreciate an update on the resolution of case number [redacted]5. Hello, I would like to inquire about an issue I am facing with a hotel booking through Expedia. When attempting to book a specific hotel, the website crashed after I submitted my payment details and confirmed the booking, showing an error message. Although I thought the hotel was not booked due to the website error, I noticed a charge on my bank account without receiving any confirmation from Expedia via email. During my online booking, I accidentally entered my name twice instead of mine and my spouse's. Unfortunately, American Airlines informed me they do not allow name changes on tickets, leaving me with two tickets in the same name. Expedia suggested I call back in the morning for assistance. As a loyal TD Expedia customer, I am frustrated with this level of service. When I contacted American Airlines, they mentioned they couldn't make changes directly due to third-party booking but reassured me it should not be a problem. I am concerned about potential charges if I cancel one ticket and if purchasing a new ticket will separate my husband and me on different flights. This situation seems unreasonable as both tickets are in my name, causing unnecessary complications. Thank you for any guidance.

I encountered a rat in our room, it was so unpleasant that the hotel relocated us. However, I am now experiencing itching from hives and allergic reactions to pet dander. Despite my discomfort, the hotel allows animals, and I recently saw a large dog. I am miserable due to my allergic reaction and deeply dislike my current situation. The stay is non-refundable, but in certain cases, it can be reversed. The hotel even acknowledges that a refund is warranted, yet they are unable to proceed because I made the booking through a third party, Expedia. My name is Deni-Raquel Sheridan.

I booked 2 rooms at the Prince of Wales in Southport on March 7th for 2 of our staff members. I was charged £[redacted] but did not receive a receipt, which my manager requires as the company card is on hold until the receipt is provided. I was unaware I needed one as I was new to the job at the time. I tried contacting the Prince of Wales a few times, and they directed me to contact Expedia as the booking went through them. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

I sent an email last Monday and spoke on the phone on Tuesday about the issue I am currently facing. We discussed it for approximately 20 minutes, and I was assured that it would be looked into and I would receive a response. However, I have yet to hear back. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a charge of £[redacted] for a night at the Crown Plaza Glasgow, a hotel I did not book. I stayed in Glasgow on the 7th of November to attend a concert at the Hydro, where I stayed at the Radisson Red. While I did consider other hotels for a possible extra night, I did not make any bookings. I am concerned about this erroneous charge and would appreciate a prompt response on this matter. Thank you.

I need urgent help. I booked a trip from Buenos Aires to Quito departing on December 19 and returning on March 15. I got an email from Expedia about a change in the return flight by the airline. I opted for a full refund for the flight back to Buenos Aires. I did not plan to adjust the initial Quito flight. Today, when trying to pay for luggage fees, I was told it was too late to do so on the airline's website, prompting me to restart the payment process. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to call as I am out of the country. Last night, my 21-year-old daughter attempted to check in at Econo Lodge Orlando Airport as per the Expedia travel confirmation for Saturday, December 14th (Itinerary #[redacted][redacted]). Unfortunately, it appears there was a miscommunication as the reservation was for the following night. At 12:30, tired and frustrated, my daughter found the hotel to be unhelpful in resolving the situation. They claimed there were no available rooms and provided no further assistance. I recently made a reservation at Paradise Hotel in Tanjung Pinang, Indonesia for a stay from 21.12.[redacted] to 23.12.[redacted] (2 nights). However, I have not confirmed my reservation as I am still undecided about my trip. Despite this, I have been charged unfairly as I believe a reservation should not result in immediate payment. Your advertisement stated a grace period until 20.12.[redacted] to finalize the booking. I kindly request the cancellation of my reservation and a prompt refund of RM241.79. Thank you.

Price reduction alert! I purchased 4 tickets to Portugal in October [redacted] for a flight on December 5th, [redacted]. Recently, I noticed the price dropped by over $[redacted] per ticket, totaling $[redacted]. Both Expedia and the airline refused to provide a credit for the difference. Witnessing FlightNetwork offering compensation to their customers for similar situations makes me disappointed in choosing Expedia.

I was not informed by Expedia that I required a transit visa for my South African passport. We arranged a flight to Heathrow tonight with a connecting flight to Berlin, Germany. I kindly request assistance in booking new flights, preferably with SAA, Lufthansa, or Swiss Air, all the way to Berlin. Regrettably, I will have to cancel the Heathrow to Berlin leg of the journey.
