My booking ref:txj**y including car hire with Euro car.All paid plus extra insurance in case of damage to the hired car.On arrival to London Gatwick after a long wait I was offered a bigger car for an extra ** $sterlings per day.This I declined and then was told to pay **$pound sterlings a day for insurance.When I told them I have already paid for extra insurance I was told it doesn't valid as Expedia is an American company.As I didn't take the car and missed one night of my hotel booking I would like a refund for the money I paid and will be a good idea to look again at Euro car as a company that you liaise with
