Please I reserve in Sheraton grand hotel dubai check in on: *** November and check out: on ** December for * nights * adults with breakfast. I called the hotel and they said my reservation showing with them one bedroom apartment only!!!! and it is not what I need. When I did reservation online it was showing triple apartment (* double bed * a single bed ) which is it should be * bedrooms apartment according to the hotel category to number of beds. Then, I request the hotel for cancellation since * days and the hotel agree for cancellation because I didn't get what I need. Now the hotel and me are waiting the confirmation from Expedia.
