Dear Sir or Madam, I made a reservation at the Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport hotel via Hotels.com (reservation **************) for one night (*****-*****) because my daughter and I are supposed to fly back to the US on ***** from Orly Airport. However, we now are having to cancel our trip due to my daughter having an allergic reaction in Amsterdam and are leaving to US from Amsterdam instead. We will be losing our airfare on our nonrefundable tickets from Paris to NJ and are wondering if you would be so kind as to refund our room fee, even though it is technically a nonrefundable rate? I spoke to the management at the *Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport Hotel and they said I should contact Expedia to see if you would agree to refund the money then it would be okay. I hope you will be so kind, as this has been an unforeseen circumstance for us and we have in all other cases used your services exclusively. We would be so thankful.
