FIRST TIME USING EXPEDIA TO MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE (REPEATED LAUGHING AND SCREAMING) IN THE BACKGROUND I COULD BARELY HEAR THE REPRESENTATIVE I WAS SPEAKING TO AND HAD TO CONSTANTLY REPEAT AND HAVE HER REPEAT HERSELF. I REALIZE THIS IS AN OUTSOURCED ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES THIS SERVICE BUT THERE SHOULD BE SOME TRAINING THAT GOES WITH THE JOB. FIRST EXPERIENCE AND PROBABLY BE MY LAST.*WHEN I CALLED CUTOMER SERVICE I HAD TO HANG UP ON THE REPRESENTATIVE BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL HER. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING. ANYWAY ... HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Expedia needs to fix it. You need to be aware of the type of service that is being provided. It’s ok to enjoy Your job but yelling and screaming when your trying to make reservations.
