I reached out to cancel my reservation at Hostal Boutique El Patio in Lepe, Spain from 23rd to 26th July. The booking is for 2 adults and 1 child. Due to the cancellation of the credit card used, I requested the refund be deposited into my bank account. My itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. I sent an email regarding this on 19th July and am awaiting a response from customer service.

Yesterday, I purchased two tickets from Miami to Bangkok through Qatar Airways with the following locators and ticket numbers: 063NGZ, [redacted][redacted] for Rose S., and 05Y6HR, [redacted][redacted] for Maureen G. D. When contacting Qatar Airways today to improve our seats, I was directed to seek assistance from you. Since I am unable to make international calls while abroad, my travel partner Maureen contacted your customer service but was instructed to cancel the previous booking and rebook to select preferred seating. Unfortunately, she is unable to handle this issue due to her busy schedule. I hope to resolve this online with the help of a customer service representative as I am currently in Spain and cannot make calls outside the country.

Hello. I recently booked 3 tickets from Dublin to Portland in Premium Economy through Expedia, but was given economy seats upon boarding. My itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. I contacted Expedia from Dublin airport on July 15th and was promised a refund of the fare difference, Premium Economy seats on my return flight on August 15th, and Hindu vegetarian meals, yet I only received €[redacted] refund. I am disappointed with the resolution provided as it does not match the assurances made during booking and pre-flight confirmations. I am seeking a fair refund for the ticket upgrade difference, €[redacted] per ticket for the lack of Hindu vegetarian meals, totaling €[redacted], and Premium Economy seats on my return flight. I am disappointed with the service I received, based on my Itinerary: [redacted][redacted]. Prior to booking, I called Expedia customer service and was assured by an agent that our flight from Dublin to Dallas would be Premium Economy. We even confirmed this, along with seat arrangements and a Hindu vegetarian meal, three days before departure. However, upon arrival at the airport in Dublin on July 15th, we were only given Economy Class boarding passes when we had paid for Premium Economy. Despite multiple calls to Expedia, we were not able to secure the seats we had paid for. The promised refund and upgrade for our return trip were also not provided. Additionally, our Hindu Vegetarian Meal request was not fulfilled during the flight. We feel let down by the lack of service despite our repeated confirmations with Expedia. We trusted Expedia's information and ended up with a subpar experience. We hope for a prompt response from the management regarding these issues. Thank you. - S.P.

Hello, I have booked tickets for my wife and kids with Itinerary number: [redacted][redacted]. Before booking, we confirmed with Expedia's customer service that our flight from Dublin to Dallas is Premium Economy. Hello. My itinerary is [redacted][redacted]. I had a reservation at Nafore Hotel in Seoul. However, upon arrival, I noticed that there were important details not mentioned on the Expedia page. The hotel cannot be reached directly by car as there is no street in front of it. I had to walk a block with my four bags and two kids. The area is not as advertised, being dirty and unattractive. The photos were misleading. I am requesting a refund as the front desk staff mentioned they are unable to accommodate this. I am uncomfortable staying in this location with my children and would like to change hotels. I am hoping for a refund for two nights so I can find alternative accommodation. I recently made a reservation for a two-night stay at Hotel Axel in Venice, Italy with Itinerary number [redacted][redacted] from July 22 to July 24. Traveling with my wife and 16-year-old twins, upon arrival, we discovered the hotel caters to a gay clientele, which was not mentioned in the booking information. The hotel only allowed check-in for guests 18 years and older, which posed an issue for my 16-year-old children. Despite our discomfort with the atmosphere and clientele, we had to hastily find a different hotel due to the age restrictions and theme of the hotel. We were surprised that Expedia did not disclose this information beforehand. It was a challenging situation given the late hour and high season in Venice. I have reserved a condo at a resort hotel, but unfortunately need to cancel my booking. I was instructed to contact the property manager at a given phone number. However, upon calling, I reach a message service and have left multiple messages without any response from the property manager regarding the cancellation. Expedia informed me that the cancellation must be dealt with by the property manager directly, even though the reservation was made through their platform. They advised me to be patient, but the cancellation deadline is drawing near. I am unsure how to proceed as I cannot confirm if the property manager has received my cancellation request, and Expedia denies any responsibility for the reservation.

Hello, I need to cancel my upcoming flight to Angola on August 13th due to last-minute changes. Unfortunately, I cannot travel as planned. My reasons include my niece's baptism being rescheduled due to her mom's health and my travel companion being unable to join me. Going alone to a country I'm unfamiliar with is daunting. I made a reservation through Expedia for Mainstay in Fort Leonard, Missouri, specifically requesting a 2-bedroom unit to accommodate 6 people. Despite confirming this with your customer service representative, upon check-in, I was given a 1-bedroom unit which wasn't suitable for my group. Feeling very uncomfortable, we left a day early on August 10 instead of staying until the 11th as planned. I paid $[redacted].25 for accommodations that did not meet my expectations. This experience was especially disappointing as I was there to celebrate my son's graduation from basic training in the Army. I kindly request a refund for the night of the 10th-11th to reflect the mismatched reservation and lack of satisfaction during my stay. Thank you for addressing this matter appropriately.

I missed my flight to Reno on July 24 due to a series of errors from Expedia's system. Six texts were sent to me with different booking numbers and departure times, leading to confusion and missed opportunities. The back and forth caused me to miss an important job interview with Tesla Motors, resulting in a lost opportunity after a long period of unemployment. Despite the setbacks, I was able to recover the texts using recovery software a week later. I am attaching a screen-shot of the first two texts for reference. I made a reservation to stay at Togara Cabin in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe on Tuesday, August 6th. However, upon arrival, they could not find my reservation and the place was not ready. The photos online are misleading, as it resembles more of a backyard than a cabin. Due to safety concerns, we had to book another hotel, staying at a budget hotel in Victoria Falls instead. The staff at Togara Cabin mentioned they would refund the charges. Subject: Change of Flight Itinerary I am writing in regards to Itinerary # [redacted][redacted] for my wife and son. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my son's medical treatment in Brazil has been extended. The doctor needs to see him for one last visit on Friday before he can be released, which has caused us to request a change in our return flight to Qatar from August 14 to August 16. I made a reservation at Ramada by Wyndham in Bowling Green, KY. Shortly after being in the room, I started itching severely. The next morning, what I thought were mosquito bites turned out to be bed bug bites. The hotel manager was unhelpful and even called me a liar when I requested a refund. After contacting Expedia, the manager agreed to have pest control check the room and consider refunding $85. It's been over a week, and I haven't received any updates from Expedia as promised. I am hesitant to book through Expedia again due to this experience. I value my hard-earned money and expect better customer service. Please provide me with an update. Thank you.

I recently bought three tickets for a business trip covering multiple destinations. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, two members needed to change their flights from Istanbul to New York. They were unable to reach your team for assistance, so they had to purchase new tickets. Now, I am looking into the possibility of refunding or crediting the original tickets for the segments from Istanbul to Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv to New York. I will still be using my ticket for the remaining part of the journey. I would appreciate any information on the refund process for the two tickets in question.

Hello. I traveled on August 3 to 4, just for one night. I made a reservation through Expedia for $[redacted]. On that day, I wasn't sure if I would go to Pennsylvania, so I used my credit card. When I arrived at the hotel in Pennsylvania, they charged me a different amount. I contacted Expedia to find out why, and they had the hotel cancel my payment. I feel Expedia is focusing more on making money than on customer care. I visit hotels in Pennsylvania three times a month. I'm disappointed they only care about money. I spoke with someone from Expedia that night, but nothing was resolved. I am still waiting for a refund for the hotel, which cost $88. The room was not special, there was blood on the door glass next to the pool, and it was not clean. I have a 10-month-old baby, and this is not acceptable. I hope you can address these issues and refund my money promptly.

Estoy actualmente en un viaje en las Maldivas en Village Life con mi familia y deseo regresar debido a que la situación ha sido decepcionante. Nos encontramos atrapados sin acceso a la playa, no se ofrece desayuno continental ni alimentos en buen estado. Venimos de vacaciones mi pareja, mi hija y yo, y en lugar de disfrutar estamos experimentando una situación realmente desafortunada. He enfermado del estómago por el calor y los cortes de luz, lo cual me ha provocado golpe de calor. Estoy muy angustiada. Además, nos hemos encontrado con otras dos parejas en la misma situación. Tememos expresar nuestra incomodidad por miedo a represalias y ser retenidos en la isla. Necesitamos con urgencia modificar nuestro vuelo o que nos trasladen a otro lugar, ya que hemos invertido mucho dinero y no recibimos el trato adecuado. I made two separate bookings for the same room at Salishan Resort. The first booking was through Groupon Expedia, which I wish to cancel. The second booking was through Hotel.com Expedia, which I want to keep. When I booked through Groupon, I didn't receive a confirmation number or instructions, so I was unsure if the room was reserved. I contacted the hotel and my credit card company for verification but couldn't confirm the reservation. Since there were only 4 rooms left and 8 people were interested, I assumed the reservation did not go through and booked through Hotel.com instead. However, I received a confirmation from Groupon this morning, indicating that a room was indeed booked. Now I find myself with two rooms booked at Salishan when I only needed one.
