The issue in GetHuman-susiejos's own words
* nights accommodation, on *st to *rd with double bed with access to shared bathroom and toilet at Hotel de Paris, ** Rue des Remparts, Sousse Medina. It was booked by my travel agent through here. *rd - *th I laid cash for to the Manager to use the room as a base while ivdid day trips. The *th - *th I went online as I was not near but with a flat battery and bad internet connection I paid for the rest if my stay through the Expedia booking site. Unexpected when they saw the name Susan Joslin that they would realise. I did not think they would not know it was me. And I did say I intended to use the room as a base. I was out on a day trip that i did not think I would be back for and i was not back and was stranded at a shared taxi stop overnight. Then I went on elsewhere but left my bags in the room. I called but they did not understand me. They did not understand what I said, in person and my fiance called them also. He has aslo oopped in. If they want me to pay the three nights they say is owing on the first room but then they need to refund me the amount I paid for the small room with bathroom for $*:** a night. As they did not understand me I did it online, and ive never booked accommodation online before and I thought i was covering the remaining nights. I got the airport shuttle bus at **:** on the *th and had a series of crises before that including my phone and backpack being stolen. Thanks
