**************. I checked into the Days Inn in Killeen, Texas on Sat. ******** at about *:** pm or so. Rose was the name of the desk clerk. I went to my room **** and found the room absolutely unacceptable. There were traces of marijuana leaf on the night stand and a dirt ring around the bathtub from prior use. I have stayed at a Days Inn in the past without such issues. I tried numerous times to contact Expedia for help but was unable to reach an actual person. I checked out of the Days Inn at about *:** pm. Rose said my second and third days would not be charged and my $** deposit for incidental charges would not be used but that she was unable to assist me with a refund for today. I did not stay over an hour and would like to get a refund for any fees charged to me. Thank you.
