Change my returning flight by one day. ... I need to change my return tickets by one day. The first agent quoted me ***.**. However, my card did not process the funds. I asked him to give me ** minutes to an hour to transfer funds. Meanwhile, it was over **minutes so I called back to get the return payment processed. The next agent quoted me ***.** and it was processed. Then, we were disconnected. Well, he called me back and stated to me that the ***.** was return back to my card and the price to add the additional day has increase to ***.**. So I was disappointed but ask him to process my card for the ***.**. Then he told me that the process did not go through and I had to speak to another supervisor. I was then connected to Chris and she told me that she understood my frustrations but the price has gone up to ***.** or so. I shared with her that I have only the ***.**. She agreed to the ***.** but could not authorize the transaction and need someone else to do that. Well, now I am waiting for * to * hours for her to call me back for authorization. Problem unresolved, still waiting on the results after * plus hours. Angela Parker
I am frustrated because it's ok to make a mistake but to quote a price and in less the an hour you mark up the price from ** to ***, lastly ** dollars less than full price.
Just change the tickets and not have me lose all my money to buy new flights. I know the airline can sell the seats again. My fights are *months out. I could understand if it was days but my fights are in August ****. It is currently February ****
I have used Expedia on several trips in the past and never had a problem on my end. However, this is the first mishap I have had and if this is what happens when a good customer makes a mistake? I am truly disappointed with Expedia. It is ok to collect your money when all is well and everything goes smoothly. But when it do not you are on your own and they are not wiling to take a hit, you the little man that give them you business will take that hit.....wow I know they have a bigger bank account, oh that is why they do the little man take the risk. Sorry, I am on a rant …..
