Hello, im writing you about my is absolutely Horrible experience at your Residence Hub Inn located in Meriana Florida. I initially booked my hotel online for two rooms Dec **th- **th, one Suite with a pullout sofa and a deluxe room, the hotel attendant Laura informed me that they had no such rooms and they didn't carry suites although i thought this Odd it was *AM I HAD DROVE ALL NIGHT AND HAD KIDS WITH ME SO I DIDN'T ARGUE. she gave me two Regular rooms, mind you I still paid the SUITE PRICE HIGHER FOR ONE ROOM! once in the rooms the first room toilet was stopped up and laura herself came and brought a plunger the room wad filthy and there was VIABLE BLOOD AND A DEAD ROACH ON THE COVER, I demanded another room Laura said they were booked, she brought new covers ands sheets. The other Room also filthy, I TOOK PICTURES OF BOTH ROOMS, We eventually went to sleep tired, until my sister woke up screaming shE had been bitten by bed bugs pictures attached! I then phoned Laura she in return brought new covers for what i don't understand i then contacted Marriott and made a complaint thus the reason I'm busy writing you. Marriott informed me of the correct contact info for you, Laura then Moved us to a Suite yes a suite the same suite she informed me prior That they did not Carry one. I informed her i would be contacting an attorney! Once moved out of bedbug room, Laura and a Male Employee later found out the owner was FILMED BY MY SON TOSSING OVER THE BED AND SPRAYING BED BUG BOMBS this was incredible to me! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK OR I YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY.
