Inadvertanatly made a non cancelleable Fairfield Inn Naples reservation starting Jan **. Thought I was on Marriott site and making a cancelleable res. I spoke with res.com customer support * times and they refuse to reverse this mistake.*Itinerary **************Please reverse out in next ** hours so that I may revise travel plans.*I have screenshot of your website which does not clearly disclose.*I will pursue this with NYS consumer affairs and Marriott if I can not get this reservation reversed as it is a clear misrepresentation.*Phone **********
