My name is Teresa McNease and I stayed at the red roof Inn located in Oxon Hill Maryland this past Sunday. I gave Shavon a written sheet with things that were wrong with this so-called premium room. She said she would contact Expedia so they can refund half my money back. The refrigerator made a noise that we thought was someone snoring, the ironing board was so rickety we couldn't sit the iron on it and when we decided to use the coffee maker there was a nasty dirty filter already in it that look like it had been there for weeks. We stayed in room ***. We would definitely like that refunded back to us. There was nothing premium about that room at all. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
