Hi, I reserved a Rav* car to rent from March ** to March ** this year in San Jose, Costa Rica. I made my reservation last night. I was charged for the rental but my bank held the payment for me to manually authorize for protective purposes. I never received a confirmation email about my car rental but I confirmed the charge and the payment was made on my end. I would like to either confirm that I have the car reserved OR get a full refund so that I can reserve another car. Please let me know what I can do to ensure that one of these two things happens.
