I bought a travel package (flight * hotel) ITN Confirmation * MXWCGE on NOV **, **** via "asapTickets". According to the package I can stay at "Imaginary Hostel" hotel Thu, Jan **, **** - Sun, Jan ** **** located at ** Vene Tallinn Estonia. I contacted the hotel via email on Mon, Jan **, **** regarding my arrival. On Tue, Jan **, **** I have received from them the following response: " Dear Lilian, Your reservation was cancelled by you on December **th. If you have any further questions, please contact Expedia. Best regards, Imaginary Hostel". However, I have never cancelled my hotel reservation. Moreover I have had no such intention. Please help me to get my hotel reservation back - it has been paid for. In case you do not get me my reservation back I demand a compensation. It is fine if a new reservation period will be Fri, Jan **, **** - Sun, Jan ** ****.
