I made a cruise reservation with Expedia account *****@***.com. Associated flights and hotel reservations were made at the same time. All but the cruise reservation showed up on *****@***.com. The cruise reservation response indicated that it would take some time to process. I never received any itinerary number or confirmation of the cruise on *****@***.com. Apparently, Expedia created another account and put the cruise reservation in that account. Now, I have learned that the cruise has been paid for, but cannot be moved to *****@***.com. I want you to cancel the cruise. I think you should refund the cruise that you made and put into another account that is unknown to me. I have cancelled the flights and hotels and incurred those costs as well because of your computer errors. If this cannot be resolved reasonably, then I will never use Expedia again.
