My hotel booking number is : ************* . Baan Oliver. Bangkok thailand. I requested for a hotel pick up from the airport to the hotel during my arrival in Bangkok. Hotel responses back that *** Thai Baht will be charge for pick up. Through the hotel is a short distance from the airport. Most * star and up hotel providing free shuttle for the safety and convenience to their customers. Appearently, Baan Oliver does not, refer to their hotel advertising indicating that a shuttle bus is serving ** hours from and to the airport. If there is a fee apply for pick up than they should well indicate on Their Hotel advertising. Their service does not meet my expectation and I may consider cancelling my booking for another Hotel. To do that, I will need expedia's support and recommendation. Your response to my concern is greatly appreciate.*Regards, **Roger Xiong
