The issue in GetHuman-jcecka's own words
I was trying to get from LAX to Bali, Indonesia, and you sent me to Borneo ... JakarItinerary ************* You will note we booked from LAX to Yogyakarta and after one week on to Bali* guess what! We go off the plane in "Bali" couldn't find our driver and found out we were in BORNEO! The designation read "Bali..." *What do I know! We immediately bought a ticket to Jakarta (over night) and then on to Bali where our other four guests were* waiting in our villa! We had to pay $*** to get to Bali and now our return is screwed up and we have to buy a ticket to replace the one out of Borneo. I want a refund. Also, change the ticket from Borneo to from Bali! Would it be better cancel the whole return and reschedule?
It cost me and will continue to cost me a lot of money, not to mention inconvenience
Credit me the money I lost and will continue to lose plus
Years, and I'm old.
