The issue in GetHuman-cadunngr's own words
Itinerary * ************* car rental with Payless reservations for *******- **-**-**. When I arrived at the Payless counter they informed me that Expedia had canceled my reservation. Why this was done I don't know. The original charge was to be **.***day or ***.*** taxes etc. Instead, because it apparently had been cancelled, they charged me ***.**. This charge appeared on my bank statement on *******. Then on ******* Payless processed another charge for ***.**. I have no idea what this was for. I turned the car in on the morning of the **. Actually, they shouldn't have charged me for the **nd. I have issued an dispute with my bank card for the ***.**. I would like you to look into this and explain what the mixup was and why the order was cancelled. I think I have a refund coming. Carol Dunn *****@***.com
