Hotel in Venice italy refused to refund $***.** back to me, even though they admitted that the room was booked twice...their response..."give it to someone else"....I'm looking for expedia to override their policy, since it's obvious they're just looking to bilk me out of $*** and to refund my account (or credit). Name on the reservation is Sambatakos, the hotel is HOtel Dei Dragomanni, itinerary numer ************.
GetHuman-profsamb did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
