Last week I made a reservation thru expedia for the Mucrotel hotel in Baldwinsville, NY. I called to cancel it last Thursday and this morning, I sent an email to cancel the reservation. Today, after a very long day of travel, we discovered that not only was the reservation NOT canceled but we were charged for it. This caused many problems, ** being that we were unable to use our debit card to pay for our reserved car and have been waiting over * hours for a relative to pick us up. We have called *x, both calls being very unsatisfactory. We gave * cell nbrs and * email addresses, neither agentcould locate the reservations. In the mean time, some of the money showed up, BUT not the entire amount. We are still waiting on approximately $**.**. Here is all the information we have given: RES. NAME: Maureen or. The confirmation * that was given to us by the hotel (Microtel in Baldwinsville, NY) is *********. This has made for a very miserable first day of our vacation.
