I booked a hotel in London. It’s an Expedia verified hotel with a sign at the front desk when you check in. We walked into the Ambassadors Hotel at *** and walked out at *pm. It was so dirty disgusting and they put us in a basement room. The pillows were dirty and flat. The mattress was so old and you could feel every spring. The floors were so dirty. I took pictures and would like to speak to Expedia. This hotel should NEVER be offered. I am ok with paying for the first night even though we did not stay there. I do not want to pay for two nights. It was completely disgusting.
GetHuman-joimeiw did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
