Hi. My name is Rigobelto Santiago. Sunday morning i booked a round trip flight departing december ** and returning january **, ****. Once i finished booking my flight i noticed that i was being charged for a ( travel insurance plan ) from Travel Guard. Policy **********. I dont want any insurance. I never ask for it. I want to eliminate it and get a total refund. Please i want this issue taken care of as soon as possible.

We have lost contact with humans. There is no way you can talk to a live person. At first i thought that maybe i accidentally selected that i wanted a travel insurance while i was booking my flight. I didnt want that. I was curious so i started the booking process all over again to see the results. Guess what!! The system includes the insurance automatically. What a bad practice! So i call my card company to work with the issue. Then when i got lucky i canceled all my reservation with expedia. Some way i got the insurance company email and i wrote my complain. Got an email from the insurance company. Got to call them. Unbelievable!! Im still monitoring all this. I wonder how many people this company is ripping off!! Very frustrating!!
